It does not work, after connection I got only a tiny still, and the still gets refreshed only if I touch the screen, I upgraded to pro to see if I could at least see a video instead of a still, but nothing changed, worthless, I want a refund

They essentially bricked my camera. The old app worked great until they send out the kill code and told us to use this one. I installed it, used the same settings as before, and it states the credentials are incorrect. Tried a reset of the device and nothing. This is a form of forced upgrading that most cannot afford. Device is essentially a paperweight (aka A BRICK). Sad and pathetic!

Works perfectly with NVR401..if you have an understanding of IP assignment. Trendnet support first class too.

Doesn't work with NVR trendnet family !! Only computer browsers can support video plugin. In 2017, everyone want to connect such systems remotely and on "on the move" ! Thus, when you access directly to IP cameras, it's unstable. Sometimes it works, sometimes you obtain error messages. Due to the cost of trendnet equipments it's abnormal. It's a pity because equipments are not so bad except that cameras doesn't support HTTPS access.

I have cloud trendnet camera which has app that is updated last time in 2014 and it crashes all the time. I contacted support and they told me to use their new app which is this onre. I installed it and it cannot detect my clous camera at all and finally i was told that they are sorry and this app does not work with their cloud cameras and they dont know when they will update the other app. Very disappointed, no resposne or solution until today. Also to mention that the app on their website is not secured, their ssl is expired and they still dont do anything about it after I told them that.

Doesn't work with TV-NVR104. It will find the device and login ok, but never loads video. Even with updated nvr firmware. Epic fail

Most features used to work until the nvr firmware update. Now everything is disconnected. Really wish someone would offer solutions to all the redundant problems in these reviews.

Cannot view multiple cameras on NVR at same time. Same issue in iphone version. This is a major headache.

TV-IP672PI with the latest firmware. Listed as compatible, but I get nothing but "invalid video format. Restarting". What format does it need? Who knows, there is no documentation. What's wrong with the setup of the camera? Who knows, the error doesn't say. This camera works perfectly with the old Secureview Pro. Maybe the devs shouldn't have messed with working code.

Displays video for one second then disconnects and reconnects every second saying invalid video format. .

Worked great until the firmware upgrade on my ip320's. Now it freezes, wont load images, or claims invalid video format.

It won't let me even enter a new cam config... And it won't see my IP612WN. Software spport and R&D response really sucks with this company

Which is unfortunate since the Cloudview app doesn't work for me on MM6.1 on Nexus6P either

In an apparent attempt by TrendNet to get you to buy new cameras they blocked out older model cameras from being viewed in this app. I only give a second star because the app works very well with my newer camera.

Connected with admin account - it works, user account - does not. Renamed admin account it doesn't work. Needs more QA

This is nothing but downloaded aggravation. Won't connect to my camera, won't even find my camera. The old TrendNet apps are far better.

Can't paste into any of the fields when adding a camera. Wonderful security where nothing seems to support SSL, so new passwords for everything, which need to be complex, and I can't copy/paste from lastpass. I'm about 30 minutes from returning these cameras back where I bought them from.

It's not working, do something with it!

Works good, lots of updates since it's new but each update adds new cams and fixes bugs. So far each update has brought improvements in streaming picture quality and usability (ptz, audio functions).

It loads quickly but I can't seem to be able to move the camera around. Only the "home" button works.

After using the previous App TRENDNETview, finally this app works and it's response is immediate and excellent. Now I can "show off " my trendnet cameras to my friends without looking like an idiot. Before 9 out of 10 times it would take forever to pull the camera's up on the View app. THIS APP rocks with immediate super fast camera pull up and works flawlessly. TRENDNET you nailed it. Thank you

Keeps saying invalid video since firmware 5.5.3

When connecting to Dropbox i get this error message: App has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit
