An unparalleled opportunity to explore Polish cuisine. On the initiative of the Polish EU Presidency (July-December 2011) 16 chefs from Poland’s leading restaurants created a unique collection of recipes for Polish dishes based on ingredients traditionally associated with Poland, like herring, cucumbers, apples buckwheat groats and poppy seeds.
