Open House Melbourne 2014 for Android
This is a nice app except for a couple of annoying flaws. 1. The back button does not close the app. 2. When looking at a building a "view on map" button would be nice. We don't all have location services running all the time. 3. Website addresses should be hyperlinks, otherwise they're pretty useless.
While it's nice that the app can hold a list of selected buildings and asks for an e-mail address for synchronising, I can't find anything to show what that synchronises with. Logging into the web site shows an empty itinerary.
Can't log in to see the itinerary I put together in the browser.
Unreliable
Very slow and disappointing! Doesn't work properly on my phone!
Freezes, will use a pen and paper
Brilliant, thank you.
Good app saved time
Poor effort. Was completely unusable at times, resorted to the desktop website on my phone when getting from one place to another.
Can't get out of the app, and if I get out via task manager, it keeps running so I have to force close it.
Great app for a short event. Wish others could do the same.
Disappointing that it frequently freezes. Crashes on start up about 50% of the time.
Occasionally a few lags, especially when browsing through the buildings list.
Great to see an app up and running for this festival but I found the location didn't update, and kept saying I was on st Kilda rd even when I was at GPO. I just stopped using the app and used gm instead but would be nice if it integrates. Look forward to next year!
This is one of the most beautiful app I have seen, the UI is very pretty, and the buttons are all logically laid out. Love the functions offered, makes it very easy to plan my day. It is a bit laggy though, never crashes, but a bit slow. Also, there you can't exit the app with the back button, showing that the designer is more used to iOS development. Either way, some performance issues, but a beautiful and functional app
Freezes on the opening page. Does not want to work
Works doesn't freeze
App is well designed and reasonably easy to use. Missing ability to log in to see an itinerary created on the main website.
