Application for creating broadcasts on http://kiwi.kz.

It's convenient to use this application from the main Kiwi application - you will not need to enter login and password again. But you also can use it as a standalone application.

Wi-Fi connection or unlimited 3G/4G is recommended due to high traffic usage.
