リストの項目【腹筋】【背筋】などを消化するたびにタッチしてください。どんどん緑に変えていきすべて緑にしたらクリアボタンで終わりです。効果音で少しハッピーな気分になれます。

このアプリは軽量ですが、動作させるためにはAdobe AIRアプリ（ランタイム）が必要です。
そちらは、やや大きいファイルです。
