富良野市で行われる「北海へそ祭り」のメインイベント「へそ踊り」で沿道から踊り手さんを応援するするときに便利なスマートフォンをサイリウム風に点灯させるアプリです。
アプリを起動させて、スマートフォンを振るとランダムに画面色が変わりますので、へそ踊りの踊り手さんを応援する際に使用してください。
