Compton effect

In this application (you can use it in English, German, 中国的, Dansk, Norsk) concerning the Compton Effect BIGS generates an easily interpreted graphic image of the directional distribution of photon and electron. This effect belongs to, together with the Photoelectric effect, Pair production to the basic understanding of the wave–particle duality, like the Theory of relativity (E = m*c2 ) and Quantum mechanics ( E = h*f ). Consequently, the photon has, apart from the feature of possessing 'energy', also the features of 'mass' and 'impulse' .
