Knit Simple Magazine

Just buy PDF patterns from the website. This app is dreadful. It doesn't have the option to print, and the magazine I bought over an hour ago is still showing at 99% downloaded. Requesting a refund.

I thought it was a free app i cant pay right now

changed from ipad to android and all my editions are gone, won't let me log in or anything, bummed.

I'm new to knitting so I thought I might try an app...... When I go to editions nothing shows up, just a blue and black screen

It was wonderful until Android updated to Lollipop. You can not search pages since the update.

Your first time register should be done on their website or if you already have, use the same as your login registration between the two. If they do not match, it would cause an error. So website first, then use the same info to register the app and then login.

I purchased a back issue for $4.99 but the app gave an error after processing payment. It says to look online for the back issue that I bought, but I cannot find anywhere online that has my copy. I will be pursuing a refund if you cannot email me magazine I purchased.

Never had this problem before with other publications. Now I need a refund but can't seem to find how to do that either!?!

I recently switched to an android device and was thrilled when I found the knit simple app. Not so thrilled when I purchased the new edition of the mag and cannot download it. The apple version of the app works but I will not pay for the e mag again. I may email the developer as I have not received any response from the publisher.

Bought several issues. All say "error". Feel very ripped off!

Ordered one issue and it did not download waisted 4.99 on the purchase of an issue. If the app doesn't work correctly don't put it up for sale!

This does not work. Ordered and Paid for magazine and will not download or open. Since I am not the only one this needs to be fixed or app needs to be banned for stealing money and not delivering product!

I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this. The mag won't download, keeps saying I have no internet connection when I clearly do. Have emailed the company with no response. The mag just shows as 'purchasing' all the time but it's been days now. If anyone knows how to fix this please post. Very annoyed!

I was unable to even get logged in, so did not get to purchase. I did email tech support and they made some effort to help but determined it was my device that was the issue. So I tried four other devices and had the same issue. Sadly uninstalling.

Knitting mag did not download waste of money

Have tried twice ( yes that stupid) to get this. Agree with others a waste of time and money as did not work at all. Did tell me that I had no internet connection. Bad app. Get it sorted out!!!

Well I've tried everything. Called the numbers, emailed yudu. Now I just want my money back. Ill stick with Knitsy a FREE google play mag

This is working perfectly on my Nook tablet.

Fab I emailed following purchase today as advised and got a reply immediately with a log in. I know it's a bit of a faf but certainly not a rip off as has been suggested!!!!

I read the reviews and felt better after two of them said fixed and done. However, the exact same thing is happening to me as to what happened to the other reviewers. Knit Simple Magazine took my money but now the publication will not download and no one will reply back to me so thus I guess I just lost $4.99. Way too bad as I do like the Knit Simple Magazine but guess I will look for other knitting publications that will actually work on my tablet!

I HAD the same problems as the others. Downloaded the app to buy a magazine. The app HAD "Purchasing" under the magazine replacing the original "Buy", but no magazine showed up. The message "Unable to connect to the internet" appeared as soon as the app opens. Tried to log on and put my email in both places & got another message. Contacted the software developer and PROBLEMS SOLVED! They had to do something on their end and now all is well. They responded to my email and now the app & magazine work perfectly. Had it worked this good from the start I would have given 5 stars.

The downloading problems were resolved by contacting support@yudu.com, and now I love this app! The magazine is full of great patterns and colorful pictures.

Not downloading. Still showing as purchasing even though paid for.

I too purchased a magazine but cannot access it or my account. After emailing for help the problem has been resolved. I am leaving an average rating because of the glitches that still need to be worked out for others. The help was prompt and solved the problem. Just wish the problem would be resolved for all.

The only advice I get is to uninstall it and reinstall. Doesn't work. I want a refund for the two magazines I bought that won't download.

I went onto both the Knitting Simple and the Vogue sites and registered but the app has no registration for my information. Yes I put my email in both places. I was stupid and hoped this app was fixed and everyone was busy enjoying their magazines instead of changing their reviews. Now I know how frustrated and let down they all feel. Take your hard earned money and spend it on an app that will give you more than a headache. Guess I am SIMPLE for wasting my money and time on Knitting Simple. UPDATE: I also own an ipad so downloaded the app on the ipad. In order to get the magazine I already paid for I must purchase it AGAIN to view it on the ipad. Right ... like I'm going to fall for that again.

I'm glad they released this. Its like the vogue knitting app, where you can purchase the mag, and download it. I haven't been able to find the mag locally in print, and they have some really cute paterns!

Made my purchase in November and the Knit Simple app still says the magazine is in Purchasing mode and one one will resolve the issue despite repeated emails, and to date I still don't have the magazine. Soho Publishing says get my money back from Google and Google says get it from Soho. Can't win. I am so very not happy with this service.

I purchased the new issue on November 20th, and as of December 6th, I still do not have access to it. The app says that I can't access my owned version of the magazine because I am not connected to the internet, when I am clearly connected. I don't have this problem with the Vogue Knitting app. Still waiting to get my money back - SoHo Publishing says get my money from Google and Google says get my money from SoHo Publishing. Going on now for two weeks - and I am more than a little upset.

Don't get this app! It will not download!

This app is only to purchase older issues of the magazine. You could probably just visit there website to do that.
