Having a search feature would be great so if I am looking for a particular topic I could find it easier than searching each mag. Also the font does not seem to scale well on my Samsung 10 inch tablet. There also should be a contact us button. Is there a subscription price or can you only buy individual issues?

I like the magazine content, and the freezing bugs seem to have gone, but the Contents list view is still full of duplicate entries listing eg 'Watercolors' 9 times for the latest buyers guide, making it hard to find what you want. Also why 11 MB? That's big for a rudimentary PDF reader. Twice, my login stopped working and I had to contact support as the username and password recovery on the website told me I didn't have an account. Also, the authors are rating up this app themselves, very dishonest!

I like the content, but it's so hard to use this app, regularly it freezes and the contents listing is full of duplicate entries, making it hard to do find what you want. Also why 10MB? That's a lot for a rudimentary PDF reader.

Why pay $2.99+ to download info and stuff u can find on the web. Waste of time.

Just launched Adventure Kayak, Rapid, Canoeroots and Kayak Angler Apps for Android and would love to know how they are working for everyone. Might still have a few bugs to work out so let us know what you think. Dan Caldwell Rapid Media

The good: content and visuals of the app are very well done. Great start for a first release of an app. The bad: page turning while viewing an issue feels very unresponsive. I recommend trying the Google play books viewer as an example of a very responsive page turner. The ugly: downloading issues is very slow even on wifi. That's gating your content experience, which will turn off some readers.
