I think this app is basically o.k. considering it is time saving for both sides, and cab be accomodate in any time. However I dont think that camera should film while reading the questions, especially if questions are vague and not clear ...u dont have the interviewer infront of u to ask for clarifications. Also holding phone horizontal is very hard while you need to concentrate answering the question...should be away to hold it vertically, as well.

I really hope this doesn't catch on amongst employers. Basically this screens out all candidates that aren't able to shoot a 10 minute improvised movie, while holding their tablet in a weird way in one take. Why can't you watch yourself and redo it if you aren't satisfied with your answer? Why are you recorded while reading the question? Why aren't you allowed to prepare your answer? Also why do you have to hold the tablet sideways? Thats really hard! It strains your arm, so you end up having to give perfect answers to difficult questions, in one take, while you're sitting in an uncomfortable position. Maybe the next gen of this will be easier for the potential employee.
