Thrifty Mobile

I too am surprised at the extremely poor design of this app! Font is so small that it is not usable on a mobile device. This problem has been commented on going back to 2015. Obviously not something Thrifty wants customers using. Deleting App now!

Awful. Tiny font. Crashed before booking could complete. Clearly a terrible iOS port. Waste of 44mb.

the only thing that's 'Thrifty', is the app, itself. developers've made no effort to further improve the application. I'm writing this review, at a year where 2007-user-interfaces should'nt exist.

This app is so disappointing I am a blue chip member and it does not recognize my blue chip number so every time I get to go pick up my car it's not ready this app is so generic when there's so many different apps companies that can be used to fix this problem please fix your app or I am going to go to go to another car company and I am a traveler I said trade shows up all over the United States and so does my co-workers so please fix your app that's the only complaint I have about Thrifty

This is the only app I have that has unreadable text. Seems like this is a very easy fix so I don't know why it hasn't been fixed yet.

Do you really think people enjoy having the phone 2-3cm from the face....

Doesn't allow you to login into to your bluechip acount

Font is way too small. Apo is therefore useless.

Reviews are correct, I downloaded just to see if it may work on my S6.. not! Cant even enlarge the text. Thrifty either get someone who can fix your app or just remove it, it sucks really bad!!

Have been complaining for years, you would think they would fix this.

The Thrifty app at one time was extremely effective and helpful...not anymore. I have been a Blue Chip member for a number of years and the app is just another confirmation that Thrifty is heading in the wrong direction

Rates are higher than if you went online. "Deals" couldn't find the location so was invalid. An insult. One star is too high.

One of the worst apps I have tried to use in a long time. Don't waste your time with it.

Can't read the writing the font is so small its ridiculous. App is useless. Embarrassingly bad.

Designers need to make the app much more user-friendly, and increase the font size to something more than miniscule. Doesn't allow you to copy and paste, and if reservations are made without your membership number, you cannot find or add your reservation to your account.

Come on...the font is WAY, WAY, WAY to small to be even remotely readable. It's obvious Thrifty does not want customers to use this app! It's getting deleted off my Galaxy S7.

No way you can read this. It's nuts how small it is. Sorry but please enlarge the text so we can use the app. Only gave it 1 because you have to put something. Keeps telling me my reservation doesn't exist. Called in just as useless as app. Yes reservation is there but can't tell by app. Waste of time.

After reading another review about the really tiny text, i was hoping that was not really the case. Unfortunately, it was. Text is way to small to read on my android and i could not find a menu to make font size bigger. Truly disappointing. Get real folks. We are not all 20 year olds with great eyesight!

Font is soooooo small u need a hubble telescope to read it. Whoever designed the UI and the Product Mgr should both be fired immediately for even THINKING this was a good app. What idiots....

Font incredibly small. Could not link my account. The plus and back buttons did not work in the my reservation screen.

Everyone's exaggerating about the size - I've got big fingers and I get by with it. Having said that, I can't believe they're way behind the times and haven't produced a user-friendly app

No profile login the cursor seems not work. Use to be able to log with email address.the screen print to small to read. Please fix your app. Update app print is to add mall for average user to see.

This app is hilariously bad

Not designed for mobile use. Font is too tiny to tap nor does it respond correctly. Best to just go to site if you have to book with them.

Great app on all other formats but due to the ridiculously small font the app is extremely difficult to use.
