Way better than using a kiosk but UI is lacking. You can't deposit funds from a Canadian address, I tried leaving feedback in the app but it crashed(not to mention several other app crash's). The font scaling in the search box is unreadable and I'm not confident in the app's security with handling my credit card information. Oh ya and it keeps forgetting my password.

I'm not sure why or if it's just me, but ever since I first downloaded this app over a year ago, I have been unable to move around easily in the app. Everything is "blown up" or zoomed in, as if everything was made for a desktop view. I can't seem to adjust it so I can't seem to view many of the different buttons. I have tried to re-install the app many times and even tried to sign up a different account, but can't even make it past the state selection screen because the drop down takes up the entirety of the screen. The app would be fine in general if only it gave you the ability to zoom in/out. Not only that, I can't seem to find anywhere where I can change my location/store. I have since moved but it looks like it's still showing the inventory of the old market rather than the new one.

I have an android phone. Every time I want to use their app, I have to restart my phone and sign in again. Their CS was not helpful. Once I have used the money in my account I will NOT be buying anything more from them.

Not only can Canadians not ad funds through the app or site but now they have done an update that doesn't allow anything other than logging on and logging off. Poor planning, poor application, just overall bad.

I have used more advanced pos systems, but works without fanfare. Better than the one we used before.

Unable to add funds by CC as only option for US.

The app will not let me select a state to create a logon. Samsung note 3.

Would be better if it would actually remember my password as the option is checked. Frequent connection problems so I have to close and reopen app several times a day.

I am not able to purchase anything on the app because every time I select the item instead of taking me to the shopping cart, it reloads the list of items to add. I am not given the option to pay, it seems that there is a glitch.

I have logged on before and now I can't.

App used to connect to account. Now get 'connection error'.

Decent app, doesn't scan all items though, and also I've never seen any sort of a discount on products.

First, I love the concept of the market and the added benefit of gaining access to purchases with an app (primarily because the physical kiosks are always going down). That being said, there could be some improvements: 1. The update from 1/11/14 still doesn't have quick access to scanning an item. The tutorial shows it's there, but it doesn't appear in the actual UI. 2. Cannot update balances from my phone app. 3. The layout has potential, but it needs to go straight to scan / search / balance.

Easy enough to use. I'd love to see the product scanning feature improved. Doesn't catch the barcode on the first try. I find myself tapping "Scan" three - five times just to add things to the cart. As well, images in the Playstore show a discount of 20% for using mobile to checkout. Which, isn't the case in the 3Square Market at my work. It's a bit misleading.
