Tour Tracker Giro d'Italia for Android
Video highlights coverage would make this app 5 stars
Yes enjoying the app. Gives all details as it happens
Love the live coverage, stage details.
Awesome app
Useful
Useful, easy to use
Trial!!!
This app is great! It provides you with all the information you need. Regularly check it between stages, but during them you can't get me off it! Would like other, none grand tour races to be covered, if at all possible in the future!
Awesome every rider should download
Very helpful and detailed app!!
Great app if you dont have time to watch grand tour on TV.
Great for keeping up with the race, when you don't have time to watch it.
Stages, overview, live coverage
Bloody awesome thanks
Great easy to use with exactly the info to follow the course
Awesome! Have used it for years.
Yeah better than most
Great simple apps

Love this app. Sometimes slow and pixilated, but might be my connection. I really like the ones that call the races.
Provides all the info I want about major European races. Fills the gap left by apps like The Scoreboard that ignore cycling in favor of every two-bit Euro football team you never heard of.
Limited coverage of events and it seems like my pro license was only for a year. Not worth it so I'll be sticking with the free option this year.
Easy to use and organized. It has a break down of teams and riders, including riders by standings. There is also a glossary of cycling terms. You can follow a race by way of a news feed ticker, a profile of the stage, and a map --- the latter two move at a not-quite-but-almost real-time pace. When you click on the icons in the map, which show the riders in the break, pelaton, etc. it will list which riders are in that group. You can also check the standings and qualifications by stage after each stage. The only way I can see this app getting better is to make the map a little more real-time, if possible, and to add live videos --- if not a few segments during the main body of the race, at least a live video for the last few kilometers of each stage. Like Tour Tracker does with some of their other tour apps. I like this app and will continue to use it and other apps by Tour Tracker.
Just learned to use live action to see live action rather than look under stage results, which of course do not show provisional times for time trial. Now used it for 2 weeks of the TdF and it's excellent.
People are complaining about the lack of features unless you pay. It's not like you have to sale your house to afford it. A business needs to make money to survive. The benefits are great. I highly recommend it
When watching real time the updates are slower than via news websites. The updates for the tour standings after stage is completed are also to late. Yes the app is great for details, stage info etc.
Used during Tour of Britain (Pro upgrade). Froze frequently and needed shut down/reload to update positions. Froze completely 20km from end of stage 2. An hour after the finish, riders positions were unchanged despite several shut down/reload operations.
Depth and breadth of coverage is outstanding. But every time they roll out something new (like trying to track the tour of Britain at the same time the Vuelta is on) things that used to work, just don't work no more... Hence the need to get colloquial. If things get worse then suffering from the tour tracker blues may become endemic in this household.
Decent coverage of grand tours but missing a whole lot of classics and other events. Results slow to populate. Info Cycle 360 much more thorough and timely.
Perhaps you could add a tab for TT stages to compare provisional results on the live version? TT Coverage is hard to follow.
Lagging behind quite often, the web version can update faster. You see the references to photos but won't get them in the app. But nice to have on the road in order to quench your thirst.
A good way to track the race. I even use it while watching the race. Some synchronisation problems - cyclists sometimes move backwards and speeds aren't accurate.
Good app for getting the tours blow-by-blow when I'm out, or at work (since most stages happen when I'm working). The only minor niggle I have is that when opening from notifications (5km from finish/KOM summit, etc.) the app will stop working and I'll have to reload. The App also doesn't use an icon for notifications, so you only have the white square icon in the status bar - but neither of these things detracts from the quality (even if the feed is a little slow compared to twitter etc. for news).
A little buggy at times, but getting better every year. This is a great app since I don't usually have free time to watch stages of the tour each year. I love being able to follow my favorite riders and teams as well.
Keeps you up to date in almost real time. Keep it on even when watching live as i enjoy seeing where they are on the route. Brilliant app! Worth the money for all you get.

So far, I have all the information I want, live, at my fingertips. Just as good as the websites and my boss can't see look I bet my shoulder.
