App is ok , but latetly why must I enter my email and logon everytime I want to use it, it annoying

Always getting 505 error, yet previously installed with no problems still no one contacted monday i cancell my subscription

I really think that the package (electronic as well as print versions) is good value for money. The e-version, in PDF, however, is not user friendly. Can a format as that used by Pressreader be used instead? I don't think I will bother about the print publications in e format. What a pity.

Updated my OS now the app won't install and its the only app that got erased by the update. Pls fix

This version is a little better. But why allow PDF saving if you can't access app offline. Defeats the object. PDF navigation is slow to render.

Ads when the app opens? Click on an article & nothing happens. I paid for this rubbish?

Only has the app for 30mins but already see a lot of bugs. Firstly, if I have a paid subscription I SHOULD NOT HAVE ADVERTS on my screen using up my bandwidth. Second, the functionality is not in line with all other android apps. Pressing the back arrow should go to the previous page and not exit the app like it's doing. When I open the app, it should continue from where I left off.

Rubbish app. Interface is buggy and slow. How does one you your subscription?

I just got my free 3 month subscription from Vodacom, eagerly installed the App and I still haven't been able to read any articles. Useless. Seriously. Don't bother.

It's an okay app I have seen much better. Got an email confirmation that account active. Then tried to login. Got and error stating account expired. Dialed the called center only to get the run around. Then emailed everyone on the Times Media contact page and got a response. Seems like manual intervention was required to activate my subscription. Glad I checked that it worked as it was a gift for someone for xmas. Sorted now.

App only available for those who subscribe the newspaper. Login required. You should inform people before they download the app.

I see I've been billed after the 3 months. Fine but explain how I can cancel as I don't want it. I uninstalled it months ago

Downloaded & then wouldn't even open, says it can't connect to the internet, stupid as I'd just downloaded it - needs fixing

I have a Samsung Tab 3. When I try use th app, I spend a long time staring at the black screen, and when some info does appear, it still takes forever do the corresponding picture to download. Could not be bothered with this app. News 24 is a 1000 times better.

I have tried logging in ...to no avail. ..eventually after much typing ...I get a message my account has expired call the contact centre...why?...

What a useless app, previous one was bad, update is a mess, Times Lives please look at the Guardian's app or even city press. This is shambolic, if I could give it no star I would.

Uninstalling now. Useless app if you are already subscribed to an e edition. Only gets updated when newspaper appears. Just another form of the newspaper. Rather use NEWS24 than having out of date info. Imagine digital news delivered with the speed and time of the paper edition. It would have been nice if I could actually use it. I have subscribed to the eedition at newspaper direct as instructed via email. This app however refuses to let me sign in with those credentials and all the emails I sent subsequently have just been ignored
