StudioCloud Business Mgr HD for Android
StudioCloud is excited to release their StudioCloud Business Manager tablet app. This new app lets you manage your business on the go. It includes the following functionality:
Add new clients or access existing ones.
Add new leads/prospective clients or access existing ones.
Manage your calendar from the graphical calendar or from the daily agenda view.
Use the graphical scheduler
Create, edit or delete invoices
Create, edit or delete estimates
Create, edit or delete projects
Create, edit or delete tasks
View bookkeeping entries
Employees can clock in or clock out
Operate with or without an internet connection. As soon as you get an internet connection you can sync your information between the app and your StudioCloud desktop software.
It is very limited versus the desktop software and will not sync any longer. Tried to sync clients and only gets to 8% and hangs there. If it syncs and has as much functionality as desktop, it would be great.
Functionality is good display is bloody awful like people say. Menus snap down so you can't open. Client names only display if the phone is horizontal but then the details don't fit on the screen when opened.
The app is absolute rubbish can't get any further than extracting backup. not worth the time downloading FORGET IT!!!!!!
Desk top is great. Android version is terrible and useless.
I initially downloaded this app so I could enter invoices without having to boot up my computer. I'm not even able to navigate the menu to input invoices. It immediately bounces me back to the top of the menu rendering the rest of the menu useless.
It would be nice to be able to select which components to sync (just calender for example). I'm never able to use because it's always syncing.
This app is archaic. It takes so long to sync that the clients move on to someone else. I've seen beards grow faster. The web based page doesn't work either. How can I make a decision to pay for this service if it looks and works like we're in 2002?..
I save a backup from the desktop and open the app on my phone but there's no info on the app but everything is still on the desktop. Not happy.

I like the desktop software. Wanted a similar feel in the mobile app. I cannot scroll down the main menu. It immediately bounces baxk to the top. Eliminates any ability to access bookkeeping portion. Also when viewing an invoice payment details I teied to change the doscount. Clicked save and it didn't do a thing. Had to go in many times and keep hitting sace before it eventually closed.
Looks great performs badly. Desktop is superb but this app is chronic. Will rate again if bugs are banished

App freezes on initial sync. Locks at 6%. Some clients sync, other don't appear. More work needed.
Same issues as other users. Stops sync at 6 percent. I've deleted and reinstalled the app trying to fix the problem to no avail.
It's the best crm a photographer could wish for and their support staff is prompt at resolving issues
Nice idea. Needs a lot of work. Unable to schedule clients from my website integration is key. Update: More Crashes Sync issues. Will be switching to another oaid service for my business.

Unable to sync on galaxy s3 and transformer prime tablet. It hangs and won't sync clients. Can't proceed
Exactly what I was looking for
This new updated app is exactly what is in the description including the ability to view, create, edit, and delete invoices. You can also work with your client records, calendar, projects, and more.
but the app is horrible. Can't access the menu bar properly and it's a pain to close the app down when you're finished with it. WORST OF ALL it makes my wi-fi drop out coming up with a 'connection is too slow' error -Samsung Galaxy S4
It would be nice to be able to view and create invoices. Also an option to buy a version instead of requiring cloud boost or employee boost
So much work needed for this App. As it stands, it's nearly unusable
