ServSuite Mobile

Such a terrible app. Tired of all the force closes. Tired of the updates that make this worse. I just spent 7 minutes trying to reopen the app after my update and it was stuck on a losing screen. I've sent many reports over with my system logs to no avail. Your app is trash, if it weren't for my boss making us use it for work, I would have gone back to paper and an excel spreadsheet.

App sucks. Always freezes and is soooo slow. Maybe you should address that on your next update

Really helpful organizing my daily task, and let's be honest, being such powerful app, organizing at real time, it needs hardware power and a good internet signal, after that's provided, it will work the way it supposed too

Honestly the truth is this app freezes at least once a day on me. Every update you guys put out does not fix this problem. The whole app is so laggy and slow. Also if you want to write a note in it sometimes it won't let backspace unless u restart the app once again and even then it doesn't always let you erase or continue to add to the note section. This app needs a whole makeover from top to bottom. Unless that happens I am going to try and get my company to switch apps.

This app works like a charm, there's been a couple times I've had to restart it, but that's expected of apps. I'm satisfied.

This is the worst pest control software I have ever used. Crashes at least 5-6 times a day. Important customer notes get erased. I wish we would've stayed with PestPac!

This app has been terrible from the beginning. Every time there is an update it makes it worse, I'm sad that using this app is a requirement of my job. There are so many bugs in the programming it's just pitiful. I will not reply to any responses from the makers/development of this app because it is a waste of time.

Crashes constantly on multiple devices. Slow to log in. Sync takes forever. No reschedule option like ssmb. Can't be logged in same user on multiple devices which again takes forever to log Back in. New update is even worse.

If you want to reliably keep track of services, buy a pad of paper instead.

Amazingly powerful app for servsuite users.

Been using this for over a year, and ever since my company switched to it, I've spent significantly more time troubleshooting, resetting phone, filling out info on envelopes etc., than we expected. I honestly don't think it's been made to work on anything past Android lollipop. I reset my phone at least 5 times a day. This is easily the worst app I've ever used in my life. Probably in the entire play store. Save yourself a headache, and go with a different app or stay with using paper.

A great option to go paperless and move away from handheld devices for scanning

This app and it's tablet equivalent have come a long, long way since they were first released a couple of years ago and are now an essential component of the ServSuite core platform. With these apps your techs are 100% mobile and your business is 100% paperless.

This app is fast! I bought a few Android devices for my Tech's and they still need some training on it though - it saves us alot of time finishing the service outside on the field and printing all the info right at clients site

Update: 092212 - software still has issues and terrible interface. Update: 11-12-12: most bugs were finally addressed in latest release. No more screen rotation issues and musical account names. Program still crashes average of 6 times a day when using it and super annoying sounds added to it with no option to mute them. Interface still barebones and inefficient. Needs ability to set favorites and/or common used products for easy access without scrolling down constantly to find them.

I'm pest control operator . Helps out a lot not having to deal with paper work. But needs some minor tweak

You are gonna need a lot of fixes for this to be a working tool when your away from the office, when I switch days to see my schedule it doesn't appear and doesn't synch correctly it only works for the date we are on

Downloaded and entered all the required information but can't get past the login. Says it's logging in and is stuck there

Having an option to email completed work orders right out from the application and possibility to print is what is expected from a modern day pest technician. Thank you for improving our overall image and adding to our company efficiency
