I found this app by chance while looking for things to put on my self injury support page I just opened in my facebook community. I am a recovered cutter and I battled with this issue for 19 years. I'm trying to help others with it now and this App is incredible. It is so easy to navigate, simple to understand, is packed full of resources for someone trying to recover. I posted a link to this app on my page and I would feel so much better knowing that the ones I am trying to help through this have these features at their finger tips where ever they go. People rarely choose not to have their cell phone with them.
