GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)

so, this would be a 5 star, but I need to be home for having a visit. I downloaded 3 different apps on my galaxy 6 edge, but appartently cannot download adobe flash player which is required to use it on phone. having 4 kids is very hard to make sure im gonna be home or that its gonna be quiet enough. how do I get adobe on my phone???!!! HELP!!!

Our lives were being effectd by not being able to make an appt with our loved one and constant computer glitches which keeps our visit from us,which is inhumane and not fair.i complained and started using this app once advised to by other family member I mett at facility.i have had no issues and love this application ..very organized, effective and a blessing. thank u from bottom of many hearts.. I've used this app once a week for the past 6 months without fail. The only time I've had a problem was because the jails Internet was down at which point I contacted support and they simply scheduled me another visit. Don't pay too much attention to the people who are rating this at 1 or 2 stars cause I'm pretty sure they just don't understand how this works. Please be sure you download the second app.

Will this work on a phone or only computer? I have a edge 6 pus an I have a visit for tomorrow but I can't download adobe flash player so I want to know if it will work

It was easy to set up...it took your pymt no prob for visit and got confirmation and the visit startsbut when it starts get nothing but black screen and the countdown and you see nothing but a black screen, called the place and they had no record of our visit scheduled and they hvnt been able to get visits to work either...got told to call this place on Monday after 12..I'm in another state & no visit now and I'm mad the county jail got nothing abt the visit but it sure took our money...such a rip off

I tried to do a visit twice thinking that maybe my phone wasn't getting good connection and same stuff happened the second visit and I was using WiFi and I tried my mobile data also but nothing changed I know it was the jails connection trippin and not mine because he could hear me but I couldn't hear him at all and he was pixelated. it's annoying as hell spending money trying to contact my brother in jail and not even being able to visit

I'm constantly receiving an error message informing me to answer question number 3 ,all of my answers are no and it's still giving me the same message. I have uninstalled three times. This is ridiculous

I did my very first visit today with my fiance and it was great! I was at first worried because of the reviews I read but I'm so happy that everything worked out for me and now I can see him as often as I like in the comfort of my own home! This was perfect

I was able to schedule video visit and see my friend in jail while I'm at a remote location. This app is great for the most part. Important thing is being able to visit friend while she is in jail

The video visit was a black screen with a timer countdown. I did a chat with the company and they said I was supposed to check in 15 minutes early. There was only a button that said start visit. The app is a complete failure in my opinion.

Don't waste you money! I wanted to video visit my best friend, it was absolutely horrible, video didn't start till there was 6 mins left on visit, and she was all choppy and neither of us could hear each other! Never again!

What a waste of my money couldn't even visit my husband the screen worked for a few mins and went black couldn't go back to the visit at all.. Smh got my hopes up for nothing.

This whole system is so poorly written the app not only doesnt work, but the registration access is filled with bugs and also doesnt work. Waste of my DAY!

Great pic on android phone. You must download both GTL apps (1 of 2) & (2 of 2) for successful internet calls.

I'm having so much trouble logging it works fine on my computer but when I try to log in on my phonr it says invalid email address.

Wasn't sure about the app at first with all the mixed reviews, Worked great for me sound was good. Saw my husband clearly. I liked the count down on bottom of screen.

Google updated aversion is really neat. We Google guys enjoyed the help be welcomed .

How do i see my loved one i logged in to my account but nothing happened how does this work

Its made visiting inmate very easy and doesn't waste gas or time to set up visitation

I just got this app it was so easy to make an appointment. Am still playing with it to find out other features it has.

Easy to use. Scheduling without any issues. Great app saves lots of time.

IM FURIOUS! WASTE OF A VISIT. I PAID FOR THE VISIT AND COULDN'T SEE OR HEAR MY BOYFRIEND AT ALL! HE HEARD ME BARELY & COULD SEE ME FOR A TOTAL 3 MIN ALL TOGETHER WITHIN A 30 MIN VISITATION. IT WAS THE BIGGEST TEASE OF MY LIFE. AND DON'T THINK YOUR GONNA GET A REFUND. NOPE.

DON'T USE THIS!!! I tried this on two separate visits and could not get the POS thing to work. I contacted the facility - they said it was Renovo's issue. I contacted Renovo and they said it was the facilities issue. WASTE of my money and my time and very upsetting not to reach my friend.

OK so I downloaded it and it has the prison I needed scheduled and appointment and when it was time for the visit all I could see was a black screen and no sound, I was very dissapointed please fix it I do not want to waste my money on something that does not work. Thank you

Please add Rappahannock regional jail in va please I'd really love to see my hubby haven't seen him in 15 months and I can't go there to far thanks.

Clark county is not on there I don't know why I can't schedule a visit of this app do anyone know what app I can use for Las Vegas Nevada

Works well for scheduling and rescheduling visits at the facilities, doesn't work well for at home visits. Was told I would get my money back and never did.

The app is a lot easier than scheduling on the website.

If your low on data don't even try it the screen will go black,you can't hear anything, picture moves like a scrambled cable channel lol. But otherwise great

I have never rated an app before, but this one really sucks, it keeps saying session times out as soon as i try to schedule an appointment and i click restart and it keeps doing the same thing

I paid for a visit and when I went to log in it said error contact jail .. um how about a free visit or refund
