GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)

This is only the add on app to the main app. You have to have both apps downloaded and installed for this to work. I have been using this app once a week for the last 6 months and have never had any problems. The people who give this app a low rating simply do not understand how it works.

I actually love it I installed both app one and two I actually went threw the issue of logging in and not knowing I had to call the jail 15mins before the visit I called the customer service line and they explained and was happy to reschedule me another visit and it went good we both seen one another and could hear very well Bluetooth headset works very good with this app very convenient instead of having to drive so far sometimes for a visit.....I LOVE IT

Sucks when u lose the connection app must be closed and restarted to continue visit but can waste most of your time.

What is the jail number I call 15mina before hand? Please this my first time and I have no idea how to do this he is in Mecklenburg county jail North Carolina.. Please help? The video is in a few hours

How do I work this it doesn't show how to open this app so how will I know if my visit will work!!!

Went to do my internet visit and there was no icon for me to start the internet visit!!!! And the support line was NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!

THE GTL system sucks I log in like I suppose to sometime I get to visit sometime they don't log me in and I miss the video visit but still get charged for it.I think I'm being swindle out $7.50

When registering, you cannot see the entire question they are asking you. Once installed and registered it would not do anything.

Please read this. This is messed up i had a schedule online visit with my friend today and i logged and waited and then 10 mins in to the visit still nothing happened so i called the jail and they said everything was working fine and i called like 5 times and this happened with my roommate yesterday and she logged in and everything and nothing happened and they granted her and her boyfriend another free visit later that night but when i called and and told them what happened they said sorry there is nothing we can help you with your visit is over and it says here on your computers that you both we checked in so i told her about what you guys did for my friend and asked for the same and they said no and that BS that they can grant a free visit to my friends and say sorry to everyone thats having problems.

How does it work? I scheduled a visit and could not see or hear the other person? Someone please explain!!!! I do not dislike it but I don't know how it works.

The app doesn't have an open button, only the Uninstall button. How are you supposed to use app 2 of 2 if it will not open? FIX THIS ISSUE!!

I don't hate it I just couldn't find the app after downloading it. When I check on the store the only option I see is uninstall. Help please.

You need app one to use it..all you do is down load this for the hearing and seeing.. U don't got to open it rember its part 2 if part 1 so u need part one and it will work lovely
