Can't log into it as a new user, does not give me an option to register and create the password that it says is incorrect.

I can't even access my account right now it keeps giving me a error code.

Won't let me access my accounts, keeps saying "error code 15".

I love this app. I feel like I can manage my debit card spending soooo much better!!!

Not allowing me to transfer funds anymore. I've used it for years and not had a lot of problems until this most recent update. And it's only the Android version.

This app worked better before the update, now it closes itself out before I can transfer money

I like this app to view my balance, but since the recent update it's impossible to transfer money.

Ever since the newest update whenever I try to log in it says error status code 112 and won't let me log in.

The update no longer allows me to transfer funds between accounts. Fix this please.

Not accurate at times. Please update! Seems as if it's also not compatible with androids new software.

Its no longer ahowing transaction history. It just says "purchase of sale". Would be nice to know whats coming out of my account again.

I installed it on a new phone and it no longer shows running balances nor the businesses that made the transactions. Useless! Is anyone looking at this problem?? How about fixing this app!

Worked well for several months. I can easily make loan payments, transfers, and check my balances. Recently, however, I am no longer able to view my transaction history for any of my accounts. Just loads a blank page.

Great app for my Credit Union account access. My CUID was on the website, or I could use the QR code if I preferred. Error 112 just means I used the wrong password as they are case sensitive.

Unistalled it then turned off & turned back on, reinstalled it, put correct info back in & still Error code 112. I had previous issues that I couldn't access my account for multiple days since my credit union switched over to this app.

Updates fail. No longer runs. If you going to put such a strong adjective in the name at least come somewhat close.

Running Nougat on a Nexus 5X. Bizarre problems initially with refusing to load (blank black screen), then after multiple launch attempts acting possessed (keyboard flashing up and down repeatedly and ignoring input). Finally got it to launch after several uninstall/reinstall cycles, but the History screen only shows the top (out of two) line of text for each history entry. I can't identify my individual POS purchases, for example - there's no description. Works great on my Moto E running Android 5. My CU tells me that a fix is in the works and should be out soon. Please hurry it along! Thanks!

Worked great on my last phone, phone got stolen and now it keeps saying invalid CU ID on new phone. I've doubled checked it online, I've called and asked my bank, and checked my checks. It's the same routing # so wth

Does not recognize a valid CUID. ID number works fine when logging in manually from browser.

I hate it . I can never get it in and then when I try and try and even went to the bank like 5 times to ask for help and I still couldn't get it in . Literally broke down and cried.

Could be a little more up to date and not from 1960s. Could also be more accurate as far if there is pending money to deduct it from the total amount in the bank

I use for my regular bank and I like it. I have a car loan now through a different bank that uses this. I can't use it for both banks

Will rate better when I figure this out. What is credit union Id number?

I can't complain. I have never had any problems with those app.
