iObserve Patient

iObserve® Patient is an audio and video recording app that allows you to record observations about your illness in your own home, to later review with your doctor in your appointments and support your diagnosis.

With iObserve® Patient, you can take control. Add your own symptoms and then time-stamp them to an audio or video recording, enabling you to quickly record, find and share indicators of your illness from your device.

In addition, you can create appointments and receive reminders about medication which are linked to your device’s calendar. iObserve Patient® also works to keep medical matters separate from personal ones by allowing patients to save contact number of their doctors directly in the app instead of the device’s personal phonebook.

The program automatically produces a declaration page from recordings which can be saved in the device’s image folder and contains the patient’s name, the doctor’s details, the symptoms and name of the audio/video file. All of this data is stored on your device but can be easily exported to a computer.

Please note that the user is responsible for the management of their data and recording. iObserve®, and its parent company Prospect Training Services (Gloucester) Ltd., accepts no responsibility or liability for the amount of space used by recordings, the recording content and its use. Users are responsible for managing the space/memory on their device(s) to ensure an appropriate amount of free space for recordings is available.
