I used to love this app for all EPL games. Unfortunately, now u can only watch 1 game at a time. If i tried to open another live stream playing at thr same time, i am required to install another NBC sports which doea not work. It's a shame they changed what was by far the best FOOTBALL app

Its best attribute is playing the commercial before your stream starts. The actual streaming of content is where it breaks down. Extremely unreliable. Audio often doesn't match picture. App Makes you login to your cable provider almost every time. 2 stars now because I can watch NBC Philadelphia when the app works

Am a directv subscriber with NBCSN access. Used to be able to stream EPL from NBC sports app. But ever since they introduced the fee based sports gold, no longer able to stream EPL or anything else from this app, even though I can stream from NBC and CNBC. Tech support non existant. I think it's purposeful in order to get subscriptions to sports gold. I was forced to download and pay for fuboTV, where I can stream NBCSN which I should not have to pay for.

I was able to watch NFL games without a hitch... now it tells me that I dont have a subscription when I clearly do thru my ps vue. I think its a complete travesty that u would rip ppl off this way. An absolute joke. NBC should be embarassed at the way they handle business.

It worked pretty well on my Samsung tab s2 and my OnePlus 5 until about two weeks ago, but now will not load any videos. This is very disappointing. Sometimes notice that the stream will randomly go back to a much earlier point in the stream and I have to manually make it go back to the live stream.

This app simply doesn't work. Every time I try to stream something I get an authentication error telling me I am not a subscriber to the channel which I am. I've contacted customer support and they tell me to contact my cable provider who in turn tells me.to contact the app. Terrible customer service, terrible app. Don't waste your time.

It's funny how this app has absolutely no issues playing the ads, but can never reliably play the actual game. Want to play the game via Chromecast? Load the app, sit through the southwest ad, select your game, watch another ad, select Chromecast, watch another ad, then it freezes. Close the app, try the whole process again 4 more times before giving up and finding a better app (Fubo).

The Chromecast support exists, but only halfway. The audio buttons do not change the Chromecast volume, and the Chromecast volume does not appear in the overall sound menu either, so volume control via phone isn't possible. This half defeats the purpose.

This app literally is the worst app I need to use. It never works for the games that I want to watch and it is impossible to connect it to Chromecast. It crashes right after playing the same Acura MDX ad everytime!!! Also sends a lot of notifications but never plays the game. What's the use? First few weeks of use it worked just fine but these days it is a headache to make it work.

Pick a live game, hit play and you think it is loading but shuts down! You guys suck! Worked 8 month ago! Nice updates looses!Happening again same thing 10/22/16. Update :12/10 /17 : Works well on all platforms windows 10 included, can't be without it, great job guys ????

Your app sucks. It won't Cast to my TV (from either the Android or iOS app), the Apple TV app doesn't offer NBA games to stream, and the website never loads. Not very good.

Love to watch the EPL but this app sucks. Can't verify I have a cable subscription half the time. Used to have other EPL games for free. (As long as you had a subscription.) Now you have to get another app and pay to watch. F*** you NBC. You can't even get one app right.

This app was good until they started putting EPL Game on the their other app NBC sports gold. Forcing you to get another subscription to watch your favorite team. What a fraud, please do better.

This app is an absolute joke. It is impossible to watch English Premier League football at all, but it plays Acura ads just fine! All I get is the spinning wheel every time I try to watch the EPL, but other sports on this app work just fine. Go figure. Why did I pay for this Gold package if the app doesn't work? Total garbage and total scam. Shame on you NBC.

The sports that the app offers aren't very good for a person living in Pac-12 country but is also a Vikings fan. Thankfully the Dan Patrick Show saves it. Best sports-talk show there is! Thanks DP!

I've rated this app 1 star then 5 stars and now back to 1. Everything was working great and now nothing seems to work. Can't cast because it gets stuck on the stupid Acura commercial and now can't even login. Doesn't comcast (a virtual monopoly) own you guys? I would think with all the money they charge and not spend on decent customer service they would at least invest in some solid app development and better servers

Without a doubt the WORST streaming app of any of the networks for live sports. No matter if it's Android TV, Apple TV or Chromecast it's awful. Unwatchable pauses, freezes, delays. Better off reading a book.

I do not have cable just over the air, and for some reason NBC losses signal for Sunday night football. I don't have a code to put in but could watch if this would let me. Yesterday NBC worked all day no probs, completely went out at 8:00pm. Junk

There's no true full screen video mode, it's really buggy, they bombard you with repetitive ads. There's no native Chromecast support. I only use this because I want to watch EPL games that they're not covering on TV. If NBC is going to spend millions on the EPL rights, you would think they'd be willing to invest a small fraction of that into decent app development that demonstrates some concern for their users' experience.

Very dissatisfied with the new Tac camera feature for EPL games. Previously I was able to view games with regular camera with my subscription but now I get a msg saying "you are not a provider for this channel" when I click on regular version of the game. I can watch the game only in tac view. I have direcTV Now subscription.

App won't authenticate through Xfinity, which is bonkers considering that NBC and Comcast are the same company. Yeah, so because I pay for Xfinity, somehow I'm not allowed to use NBC Sports. I guess that's the world we live in, now. Disappointing.

This app is garbage and Chromecast will not work. It will play a commercial and then freeze. Their technical support told me something is wrong with my Chromecast, but every other app on my phone works fine. This app sucks, period.

..not optimized for my android tablet. Game freezes up after lengthy HD commercials. Runs great on my 3 yr old Samsung phone, but not on my tablet.

Fails whenever there is a popular game that you really want to see. Like now, when I'm trying to watch Arsenal-Tottenham and the app is just black. Incredibly frustrating!!!

This app used to be good until NBC decided to get money hungry. It used to actually stream games. Ever since the introduction of GOLD PASS, this app won't even let you see EPL games that you have access to and have paid for. A consumer should atleast be able to see games he is susbribed to, without paying extra for Gold.

Last August this was a 5 star app. Now it constantly freezes while casting. It still constantly freezes and most of the content isn't even available anymore because it's in NBC sports gold.

Love using this app to watch Celtics games. Haven't used for other sports yet. Can stream to a Chromecast. Does have occasional glitches but I assume that's my internet connection and not the app itself

Doesn't work! After you choose the provider, it gives an error message: "too many redirects" Useless! Samsung S8 Active

Free App, my ass. You get barely any content for free. The games they do offer are either already on TV or you have to pay $40 for their "gold" access. The only reason I downloaded this app was for the games not on TV. I'm not giving $40 NBC you already get enough from advertising you greedy assholes.

Yes, this streams games, but don't advertise chromecast support when the app just freezes after the advertisements play. It must just be a miracle that the ads play but not the desired content. Go figure, huh NBC?

Absolute garbage. Annoying, frustrating, freakin trash. If you start streaming something and leave app to check a text or email you cannot go right back to what you were watching. You have to completely close the app and reload. Ever time. You also can not watch English premier league on Chromecast. Just shows a add and then freezes. NBC obviously does not care since they have so many one star reviews and still don't update their app. Worst sports app out there. Don't get it if you don't need to....

I can't cast EPL games without the app crashing. This used to be a great app until NBC decides to squeeze every last cent from its viewership by introducing the NBC Gold app. Straight rubbish

What's the point of this app if you can't watch the NFL games NBC actually broadcasts? Useless. There are a billion better, and more faster ways to watch clips than to pull up this app.

Works on my phone ok if wifi is fast, but I only installed it to cast to my 70 inch panel and it fails every time just spins and loads. Other casting apps are way better, go90, redbulltv and foxgo. This one has the content i want, Premiere league, but needs a fix.

Absolutely rubbish. Use to be able to stream EPL games but now I keep getting network error messages. Worked great until their NBC sports gold came out which is paid by subscription. Good job screwing over everyone else!

Terribly user Unfriendly. Wants to know my cable company. I don't have one. That's why I'm trying to watch on my laptop!

Usually, the app does what it is supposed to do and I am grateful to be able to watch live sports, especially the EPL. However, the app sometimes misbehaves for no apparent reason. Sometimes, the game I am watching just stops. Other times, the player will stall just after playing the initial commercial. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to fix this but is a time suck. I really dislike that I don't have access to all EPL live games or replays. Fox Soccer has all of the Bundesliga games available so I might just have to switch league allegiances... Just kidding NBC, you know you've got me by my soccer balls with the EPL! Just don't kick 'em any harder, please.

Impossible to know if it is even going to work. Sometimes it works with Google cast with no problem, other times it's like trying to complete brain surgery completely drunk trying to get it to work.
