باشگاه اکسيژن در سال 1382 با افتتاح اولين شعبه خود واقع در خيابان فرشته با هدف ارائه خدمات ورزشي در سطحي بالاتر از استاندارد باشگاههاي ورزشي در آن زمان متولد شد. در همان ابتداي کار با در نظر گرفتن چند نوآوري و خلاقيت در ارائه خدمات و طراحي محيط و فضاي ورزشي ، اکسيژن موفق شد که در مدت زمان کوتاهي نام خود را در بين اهالي ورزش بدنسازي مطرح نمايد و از همان موقع نوآوري و ارائه خدمات سطح بالاي ورزشي سرلوحه استرا تژي اين باشگاه قرار گرفت. بطوريکه در طول سالهاي گذشته اکسيژن به نامي خوش و معتبر در بين ورزشکاران تبديل شده و همواره به عنوان ليدر در تجارت باشگاههاي ورزشي و سلامتي ايران از آن ياد ميشود
