هدف نقاشک تجمیع نقاشی های دانش آموزی، کشف استعدادهای کودکان در زمینه هنر نقاشی و ترغیب آنها به نقاشی کردن است.
نقاشک در پی کمک به خانواده ها در شناخت بهتر و عمیق تر کودکان و دنیای ذهنی آنهاست که این امر از طریق همکاری روانشناسان کودک در زمینه تحلیل نقاشی فراهم می شود. چون کودکان از دنیای ذهنی و تخیل خود در نقاشی کردن کمک می گیرند، این نقاشی ها می تواند راهی به درون ذهنیات آنها باشد.
