My 3year old loves this... She always wants to play "letters"! What a great way for her to learn & have fun at the same time! Recommended highly by this mom.

However, I agree that sample words under letter I should be changed into short vowel sound. Change Ibex and Ice Cream into Iguana/Insect/Igloo/Ink. Plus, the strokes for small letters i and j should be two steps. Still, it's the best ABC app for kids! It teaches writing, phonics, words for every letter, abc song, sounds, numbers and spelling. My kiddo loves this! Thanks! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Its very frustrating that free version runs fine and the moment I purchase its not getting installed on my Micromax canvas 2 phone. Please refund my money.

I love the fact she can learn the abc's and numbers by actually writing them. She did however like having the sounds overlap. Especially the xylophone :-) she's going to be sad it gone.

After much searching for a good abc app I found an awesome one! Exactly what I was looking for! My son loves it too.

This is the best ABC app I have found. The quality of the pictures sounds and voices is very good. Also has a lot of extra features that most alphabet apps don't have like handwriting. A few things can make this app even better: Fix the overlapping sounds, Fix the handwriting for little i and j (shows one sweeping motion when it should be two steps line then dot), add numbers 11-20, ability to randomize the alphabet, swiping gestures that scroll from page to page, some animation would go a long way to improve the presentation. Also, the vowels should be using words with short vowel sounds. Instead of ice cream use igloo. Instead of ibex use iguana. Instead of owl use octopus etc...

I would give this five stars if they fixed the overlapping sound playback other reviewers have mentioned. Otherwise, this is a fantastic app. Great aesthetic and user-friendly enough for my two year old to figure out.

Love love love. My 18 mth old can't get enough! She makes all the animal sounds and says a lot of the letter sounds too. Can't wait till she can trace the letters! Thanks for including lower case.

My main complaint is that once you tap a letter and the audio playback begins you can immediately tap it again and the audio starts again. It sounds like a song sung in a round. If you tap a letter 20 times the sound gets repeated 20 times on top of each other. Entertaining for a 2 year old, but not educational. It should prevent more playback until the current playback is complete.

As others have noted, the overlapping playback is an issue. My three year old grandson has figured it out and at times does it on purpose with a little grin on his face. Otherwise, great app.

I LOVE the overall atmosphere of the game. Very pleasant and energetic voice. Beautiful graphics. Letter recognition and the ability to trace makes this a great app worth the money! Improvement? Maybe if there was an option or feature for phonics.

Simple with good audio. How to draw the letters is great. Agree about the comment where you can trigger multiple audio clips at one time...needs to be prevented.
