About ME/CFS Diary Free Trial

This is the FREE TRIAL version of the ME/CFS Diary Smart Phone App.

This version runs for 14 DAYS and has all the features of the PRO version except the reporting aspect!

ME Diary provides a versatile tool for those affected by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) to help you manage your activity, exhaustion and symptoms.

The ME/CFS Diary Smart Phone App is also suitable for: Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis and Lyme disease. Or any condition in which exhaustion/fatigue is a dominant factor affecting daily activity with multiple occurring symptoms.

The app allows you to:

• Calculate a working Activity Baseline to give an individual guide for reducing boom and bust patterns
• Monitor exhaustion and a number of ME/CFS related symptoms
• Input a daily record of energy domains to promote Activity Switching
• Add a daily comment to add qualitative aspects including thoughts and feelings to your reports

Support ME Research with the ME Diary. An annual 10% of the profit from sales of the ME Diary will be donated to Biomedical Research for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). ME is a poorly understood and poorly researched condition requiring complex solutions. The ME Dairy Team support well established organisations to help fund research into the scientific cause, bio markers and biological treatments for those suffering from this chronic condition. The results from the ME Diary will also help researchers further understand the condition and the impact it has on sufferers.

The ME Diary Team believes ME to be an organic disease of unknown origin. For this reason lifestyle changes and modifying behaviour may not help all those affected by this progressive illness. It is an exciting time for science and technology. As scientific progress steps forward at alarming rates, so does the benefit to Biomedical Science.

With adequate and focused investment in research, it may not be long before suitable treatments for ME are tested and approved. The ME Diary Team would like to be part of this positive movement and will continue to support Biomedical Research into ME.

In union with supporting Biomedical Research the ME Diary Team will endeavour to work with each and every user of the ME Diary to further develop the software application’s usefulness and research and treatment potential.

Great way of drawing attention to the use of energy and pacing more effectively. It's already having a positive impact. It would be good if you could access this as an online tool if you are unable to download the paid version. I am confused with how so many say they don't like this app!! I have found it to be a perfect tool to keep a track on how much energy I am using and have used, in order to make sure I don't go into the boom bust cycle. It's is so easy to use and doesn't use up energy entering the data. This is the best ME/cfs app I've tried and links nicely with all the advice from the ME clinic.

It's easy to use to record activity and rest as well as symptoms. Sliders can be frustrating to use. I am seriously thinking of getting the paid version as will save a lot of time. It will help to make sure that everything is stored and accessed easily.

Text way too small & can't zoom in. Can't get further than baseline estimate, just keeps throwing up an error message.

Exactly what everyone says. Print must be 4pt. Miniscule. In 2 minutes it was locked/frozen.

Sliders don't work. Bit disappointing overall a would like to better record symptoms but am only using free version

Cant get past estimate slider on first page.....rubbish!

Horrid design, won't go vertical and not an app. Looks like a sideways website with too small type. Doesn't have swelling / inflammation as symptom. Asks about sleep then asks for some baseline what ever that is. Then next page doesn't even fit on screen. Waste of time. Uninstall.

Never made it past the first two steps due to bugs on Nexus6

Difficult to use and free version is only a one week trial.

G70%
by G####:

Really, really useful concept, but between the trial that we seem not to be able to back up at all, and the clunky interface, it seems like it's mostly good for just establishing some type of baseline to track more on paper or with a future application.

Truly awful design
