Now you can access earnPOWER from your mobile device. This app requires an earnPOWER account and is intended for internal use only by GM dealership personnel and GM employees.

The primary function of this program is to allow participants to submit claims in earnPOWER when they properly activate OnStar on any qualifying pre-owned GM vehicle.
Additional features allow users to:
• View the status of their most recent claims.
• View their earnPOWER award point balances

Download the app to my Android phone, at sign in it says I am not connected to internet, not sure of any other problems at this point even when I'm connected to WiFi it will not sign in due to no connection...

A total waste of time. Downloaded it once and it kept saying I am not connected to the Internet and I most certainly was. So after reading all the frustrated stories here I uninstalled the app and installed the supposedly updated and fixed version. Same bullshit. Can you not test these apps thoroughly before you waste our time?

Like all other reviewers have said there is definitely a problem with the logins. Simply will not let you log in no matter what you do. I tried emailing devs and the email was sent back as undeliverable.

Very Goofy wacked out app. Continues to lock me out after reseting over and over again. Keep getting same old message. Can not verify credentials no matter how many times you call customer service and have password reset. What a waste of time and GM should be ashamed.

Works great. Make sure on your login screen you use GMIN:1111111 without any spaces otherwise it won't take the login.

Worked well quick and easy. Luckily I remembered my earnpower log in. I can see a lot of folks not remembering it since you can click through global.

Could NOT login. Went the extra step to RESET login credentials which I can login successful on ANY computer. Install the app, and my credentials could NOT be verified thus locking me out and requesting I speak to the admin, who has no clue what to do. WAAAACKKK!
