I first rated this 4 stars as I didn't think it had a big selection of known food you can eat on the TLC diet and since it's not a free app I felt it should've. Then I seen that you can modify the app if you press for a few seconds on whichever food group and add things yourself that are known to be great to eat on the TLC diet. Very useful app and I'm pleased I ordered it. No grocery list to write now. I can just look at my phone and there it is. So happy
