With this app, you can make P&D (Puzzle & Dragons) style Icons with a few steps:
Step 1. Take a photo or pick a photo from album
Step 2. Select a frame
Step 3. Move, rotate and scale the photo with your finger.
Step 4. Press "Save" button
Step 5. Select "Save to folder" or "Save to Album" [NEW!]
Step 6. If "Save to folder: is selected, pick a directory to save the icon [NEW!]

I've been searching an app like this for a while and I found it at last. I love the border styles and the quality of saved pics. I've been using this to make a custom icons to them my device. Please, make more border styles and I suggest to add effects while editing pictures to icons. Anyways, you claimed 4 stars from me. Cheers!
