I Don speak/understand hebrew, but I so much would love to. It is sad that when jumping from Gen. 1 to chapter 2 a pop message showed up saying I had to purchase the full version to be able to read/hear it. There is men profiting of the Word of God... Men always going for the money, finding ways to tell others things such as "the word is free the material/work isnt" what hypocrites. Have a real job and out of those profits get the funding so you can then help spread the word. Sad.

This is the very best best verse-by-verse, word-by-word, syllable-by-syllable reading/pronunciation program/app that I have found in Windows or on Android. This program/app has many wonderful and invaluable elements, (especially for someone like me, learning Biblical Hebrew). The wonderful tools inside: * this app is easy to open & close; * although the Biblical text is in Hebrew, the names of the Biblic books, the chapters & verse numbers, as well as all navigational tools are in English; * this includes all the nikkud vowel points and other vocalizations markings; * the size of the Hebrew characters and vowel points are large enough to read clearly; * a simple touch on each Hebrew word displays the meaning of each Hebrew word shows up - "word-by- word;" * one can easily choose between 3 different pronunciation traditions; * pronunciation transliteration along with syllables division can be displayed; * it is also easy to control how fast or slow the verses are read. * easy to share between devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone * affordable, can even purchase one Bible book at a time.

I am fond of this app, it helps me alot but only Genesis is audio and else are need to purchase.

Does not handle pronunciation with doubling dagesh. The syllable by syllable is nice for beginners but not ready for prime time.

I was expecting an app that would read at normal speed to get the flow and sound of the language. App is useless if you want to learn to read Hebrew aloud like a native speaker might do.

Like the other comentator said you have to pay to play. If it was 2 dollars or so I would have bought it and you guys would have made plenty of money when it went viral but 10 dollars? Nah. Lower the price. This is a great app and its gonna help people as soon as you lower the price.

The program is outstanding but you have access to only the 1 st chapter. The in app purchase does not work. I would gladly buy this up if it did. Maybe it will get fixed.

This has all one needs to study Hebrew including 3 dialects, VOWELS, (A must for most learning the language ) and you can hear the words spoken (Variable speed) and point at a word gives an English meaning to it. When I went to read the Psalms a msg. comes up saying you have to pay. Ganifs! Why not say that in the beginning? I probably would have bought it, but to say it's free when it isn't is a bait & switch; and with G_d's Word? Boos!

This is an excellent app! I used it a few times but now I am having trouble. It wont let me access the book I bought. It keeps telling me to buy it but then says its already purchased but failed to have access. Please help!!

There are so many people asked me for something like this... Finally I'm able to recommend to people the resource that holds real value. Until now there was real void of any easily available Hebrew text-to-speech product throughout entire Internet, however I was glad to learn that there's real real voice being used for TTS, hopefully it'll stay this way even as technology gets up to speed, it is Holy Torah after all.
