Would love to be able to use this app but won't let me log in. Keeps saying my info is incorrect even after checking it multiple times. Please fix this.

*Update after months of back and forth with customer service I finally logged in! Similar to other ereader apps only harder to use with reduced functionality. And it's hard to read too. Also, it takes horrifically long to load each page.
