Firstly about 3/4s of the stuff you buy won't have a smart points sticker so there's nothing to claim. On the rare occasion you do get one the points are worth so little is worthless submitting them (over £1000 of gear and I didn't have enough for even a towel)! Finally the points expire after a year, ruining any chance you have of claiming the elusive towelie.
