Get Ready for Timed Tests!
Timed Math is a fun way to improve how fast you can do Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division!
First, set a goal for yourself. This is how many correct items you want to try to get during a Timed Test.
Next, choose a sign, and a level
Finally, choose an activity - Timed Test or Flash Cards.
In a Timed Test see how many questions you can get right in 60 seconds! You are reminded of how much time is left because the problems are located inside of a timer. This helps train your mind to focus on the problem, and not how much time is left.
I developed this app for my son, who was working on timed math problems in school. I saw that he was focusing too much on how much time was left, and it was slowing him down. This app helped him focus on solving the problems.
This is not just for kids though!
If you do not already have Adobe Air installed, you will be prompted - No worries...Adobe Air is free!

This App is so terrific that I purchased the "Timed Math Pro" version, just to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, to the developers! It should work great on any Android device --- phone, tablet, phablet, netbook, or laptop. My device happens to be a Barnes and Noble "Nook HD+" tablet purchased 6/27/2013. A second grader is now practicing her "3 plusses" on this app. Addition: Top numbers (3,3), Bottom numbers (0,9) --- to learn all her "plus 3" additions. You can choose any top or bottom range, reverse which is on top or bottom, and set the test duration (like 2 minutes). A printed result for every test, and every question on each test is available --- to show how long it took the child to think to get the answer for each individual problem! A test summary shows number correct, number wrong, percent accuracy, etc. This math practice is highly configurable and very versatile, since you can control the top range, the bottom range, test duration, type of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), etc. Timed Math Pro is really a remarkable piece of educational math software! I give high praise to the developers for creating such a fun way to learn all the math tables.
