I feel like I just sat through a lecture about prescription medication abuse instead of treating a patient. So one patient only who overdosed and kills his girlfriend and then goes to jail. I did get to click the screen 2 or 3 times in that 45 minutes though. Boring!! I am pretty sure they had a few friends give these blank 5star rating. This is not a 4+ star game...
