If I'd read the reviews first like I normally do, I could've saved myself from frustration and eye strain! There's no way you should subject your eyesight to this horrible, horrible app!! IMMEDIATELY uninstalled!!

Not made for mobile devices. Tiny print. A high school nerd could make a better app.

Not user friendly...does not retain express info...font and options too small to select easily.

Just horrible

Works flawlessly with my LG K10. Not a single issue. I almost didn't give it a chance because of the reviews, but now I believe maybe some phones and/or OS are not completely compatible.

UX is terrible. This app shrinks down text. Fonts would be larger if I looked at the desktop webpage on mobile.

This the worst rental car app that I've tried to us. I still haven't figured out how to log in, and add the car reservation to the profile doesn't work.

Wow! Are they serious? Dollar is owned by Hertz. How could they offer such a useless app? Can't find way to log in. If you select Location, you can't get back to home without killing app. Tiny font. If they had a Razzies award for apps, this would win hands down. Deleting it to get the 16M back.

Oh my gosh, horrible. Cannot get to my reservations or my account. Won't let me give feedback. This is a terrible app and mobile site!

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever seen for any business. It tells you you're not signed in but it gives you no way to sign in. The font is so small it is very difficult to even read it. Their website is bad but not nearly as bad as their app. I will go back to using other rental car companies. I spend 200 days a year on the road and this is not worth the effort.

I really like and am a big fan of Dollar car rental services and I like their website, but this app is horrible. Fonts too small, cannot find place to login/register my account, nothing to like here.

The rates are cheap to rent but you pay with the worst customer service in the industry. Dollar is dead last in customer service, Hertz should try to invest in customer service

Worst app ever. Made a reservation on my computer then amazingly the app can't find it. Doesn't inspire me to repeat as an app user or as an customer. Hertz should be better than this.

Appears that all the Hertz Corporation mobile apps have the same terrible support for mobile platforms. Microscopic font, no landscape, and no zoom in ability. Useless. And I have a fairly large screen for a phone. - G6

The worst rental car app ever. Microscopic font, can't log in. Just useless. Whoever is in charge of app development at Dollar and Thrifty should be fired! I now rent from Enterprise because their app is SUPERIOR!

It's not that hard to create an app to login and make a reservation. I only tried to download the app because your website has been "experiencing problems" for the last 7.5 hrs.
