Just checking out the app and trying to know the pack details, but suddenly the pack got activated, money for deducted from dishtv account and there is no cancel option too. Called the customer care and requested for the cancellation and refund of the amount. But there is no proper response from the team. As I saying, I don't want to subscribe for it, but happened it by mistake. As a genuine business house, dishtv need to cancel and refund the amount when request received from customer.

Tried opening the Jumbo Pack to view details. To my shock, it actually activated the pack without any additional confirmation. Nope, never going to use this app any more. Useless stuff!!!

Thanks to all (reviews). I was ready to install this app..but after reading all reviews I disconnect it. I know DishTv very well and my past experience is not good with their customer care response regarding payment deduction and change of channels from free pack to al-a-carte. Thanks again..

This is good. I can watch my favorite channels on the go. But, it would be better if you let me choose what regional channels i want. For instance, i dont know marati. But marati channels are compulsorily added to my pack. I prefer malayalam. So, can anything be done?

I have deleted the app same day never activated any subscription after month I got message that call to this number else you will be charged 69 rs. Why play store allowed such app. Again I installed the app and I don't see any subscription detail. These are cheaters be careful if u installing this app.

It is a worthless app......... It does not allow me to sign in. When i try to sign in with an existing account, it said it is incorrect. When i try to register a new account with my RMN, it says only existing customers can use this service but i am already an existing customer

The whole point of the app is to let you watch your favorite TV shows when you're away from home. Yet, while out of the country, the app says the content is not available in that country. What a disappointment!

The app is good. But it can be much more useful and attractive if DISHTV can provide all the channels in the app as per the existing plan of the subscriber.

Love this app from beganing but improve live TV feature on narrow bend Network.

This app take my 124MB data on low quality this is so expensive to watch any program. we can loss 1 GB data in only 2-3 hours which is equal to Rs-200-250. So, i can't preferred this app. And my request to Dishtv kindly make other apps or upgrade after it takes low data than every online steaming.

Many drawback first is it take time to play any channel most of the channel is not there like rang tv,day 365,prag news n many other channel second is proper list of channel is not mention like u had to make a list like news only news channel will be there in music only music channel etc n the subsricption fee is also more if u lower the rate it will work minimum rs 50 first u clear all this problem many customer will u get from my opinion I will not use anymore this app if u don't solve the problem .

I just installed d app n clicked on Jumbo Pack to find out the available channels in the pack. Channels list doesn't opened bt I got a msg that u r Successfully Subscribed.WTF. They bastards sold me their product without my permission n debit my Dish TV account. When I called the costumer care, they told me that I have subscribed that pack for 6 months. Bastards.. How can they sell me a product for 6 months without asking me any duration. Dish TV u have lost my trust of 10 yrs within 10 minutes. Go to Hell.

Attention! Attention! Do not take DISH TV connection & their apps. because they increases subscription & reduces days whimsically without any information. Apart from that their call center executive's behavior is very bad, without the solving of customer's problems they cut the phone call intentionally. I think it is threatening to the customer.
