This app is lacking basics of entering or editing customer info. You can't view an address from it, or view stock numbers once entered. You cannot send videos to customers that are prerecorded in your phone. Most of the buttons don't work until 3rd to 5th press, and is sluggish to load anything after. Scanning a vin is usually a waste of effort, and manually entering isn't an option since it deletes it every single time. Needs a serious amount of work. I've said it before and now restating that it gets the job done, but only just barely. Sometimes not...

The last full update was so much better. This actually works now. Just need a driver's license scanner on it.

It won't let me take a picture of the customer's drivers license. It just keeps trying to focus the camera and won't read the barcode.

Can't even log in to the app. Using same log in info that i use on desktop and continues to tell me login error. FIX IT

Terrible!!! Constantly f***ng up phone numbers costing me sales!!! Buggy, miserable, glitchy, rotten, useless POS!!

Fails to scan DL when editing profile

Even with my glasses I still need a magnifying glass see it.

I love this app.

Worst app I've used in the auto industry. 23 yrs experience. Font to small, tedious operation, difficult to edit emails. Get to work, this app should be easier to use and readable without a magnifying glass. I suggest you look at your competitors app. I recommend car research. They've got it right. Epic fail on your end

You still have not fixed my pervious issue and not you made the app even more difficult to use. I am on the Internet team at my store and spend most of my time making call and emails and you have forced me to do all of that from my computer instead of my phone now. Please fix the fact i turn the sound off on Notifications since i receive them via text and everytime i close the app it resets that setting

Poorly executed - needs lots of work. Unintuitive. Not designed with the end user in mind - no quick way to access new emails, add work notes, or view notes. Would be happy to advise on how to improve for free.

Designed for young people who do not need glasses. Every version keeps shrinking the size of the navigation for no reason. There is plenty of blank space on the screen. Please go back to something like the earlier version. This app has the smallest navigation icons of any app I use.

Honestly guys, this is way worse than the previous version. The font is even smaller than before. I literally have to stab at the call button about 20 times for each customer to get a single call out. The layout is different but not in anyway more functional than the previous version. All in all this is an epic fail. I know you guys are stoked about Blackbird but if your going to do an update please at the very least manage the basic issues that need fixing. I'm also missing the individuality of the previous app, being able to give it some flare with color variations.

DealerSocket seems like they're trying to do all they can to ruin a perfect CRM system from before. These new versions are horrid, desktop and mobile.

Trying to scan a customers drivers license and i can't get out of the wide angle mode for the camera. Update 2-27-17 This app is garbage and is causing me so many problems. My LGV20 has 2 cameras and I can't switch between the wide angle lens and the normal one. Now I have to carry two phones. I make call using the app and now it's not logging it as a call and not giving me credit. I'm getting yelled at because of your stupid app and your stupid crm system.

Need to integrate further functions suck as merge, full dasboard etc. Make the app work like the desktop, versus a blackbird update thats very difficult to use.

Not happy about the recent update. The buttons and links are to small and difficult to click on. Requires a pen to get the job done. Bout very user friendly.

We changed our entire system to dealer socket and it is a disaster. Nothing works. This app was great until the update. Please fix the app!

Improved the app. However, I am no longer able to reply to email from the notification tab. I have to search the customer and find the email in order to reply.

Please have a way to adjust the font size on the app. Your text is way too small to be legible.

Couldn't login until I reset my password from the computer now I can get in and complete tasks when not at work.

Lg v20. Still can't scan license and info using scanner

Not user friendly and everything is super small when you try to actually use it. I refuse to use it until they redesign it. I don't find it useful or helpful, only frustrating.

Dealersocket CRM as a hole is terrible at a user level. The app (for me atleast) is slightly easier to follow up with customers from, but as I originally said is still terrible!!

I was silly enough to get excited when we could scan DL to automatically input info and of course the DL feature isnt even on the app, takes more time to do it on this app than to walk to a desktop and do it there. Kind of pointless

At least im not the only one having an issue loging in. This app needs alot of improvements!

As expected from DealerSocket they upgrade something and break something. Unable to login now. These guys need to sell the company. They keep getting worse and worse.

No longer able to log in on any mobile. Works just fine on computer. Disgusted!

Since new update on Jan 4, 2017... Constantly says Login Failed... PLEASE FIX IT ASAP... Not even close to eLeads in terms of functionality...Keeps saying Update available for 2 weeks, but have no update on playstore...Really

I want to be able to use a email template, edit email html code, attach documents to emails, attach multiple vehicles to emails. As an Internet Manager I do a lot of work during my time away from the dealership and these are necessary functions for me!
