Reading Oceans は英語学習者のための多読プログラムです。初めて英語を学習する子どもから、英語をやり直したい大人までを対象に作られています。　　　　
童謡（Nursery Rhymes）を聞きます。英語の歌を通して英語の発音とイントネーションに慣れていきます。

次にフォニックス（綴りと発音の関係の教授法）を通して文字と単語を学びます。この段階では、アルファベットと音の関係について先に学び、それから単語を学習します。その後、すでに学んだ単語のみで書かれたストーリーを読みます。レベルが上がるほど、ストーリーは長くなっていきます。この方法で英語読解力の向上を図ります。

次にReaders（英語の読み物）のステップに進みます。この段階は、25のレベルに分かれ、様々な話題や内容のフィクション、ノンフィクションで構成されています。 Reading Oceans is extensive reading program for English language learners. From children to learn English for the first time, are made for adults to want to redo the English.
I hear (Nursery Rhymes) nursery rhyme. I'll get used to the pronunciation and intonation of English through English songs.

Then I will learn through the characters and words (teaching method of the relationship between spelling and pronunciation) phonics. At this stage, I learned earlier about the relationship of sound and alphabet, then you learn the word. Then, I read a story written in words only learned already. As the level goes up, the story will continue longer. I will work to improve English reading comprehension in this way.

Then I will proceed to the step (reading English) Readers. Divided into 25 levels, this stage is made up of fiction content and a variety of topics, in non-fiction.
