Colchester Zoo

Love colchester zoo and if they had an app that actually worked I would find it extreamly useful. However, if you need any info regarding colchester zoo, use the internet. This app is useless, riddled with bugs and to top it off, you need to download another app to even use it. I don't recommend AT ALL. I hope they improve the app, as it would be a great and useful asset. X

Great app, worked well and being able to use the map with GPS to navigate the zoo was useful

My actual rating is 'no stars' but, obviously, it's not possible to do this. Downloaded the app full of excitement, was forced to download Adobe Air TWICE only to discover that all this app does is open to display an initial Colchester Zoo logo page for a couple of seconds and then a blank grey page. Not useful at all.

It does not work on my Sony Xperia Z2 or Samsung S5.

This is not working on my HTC M8 or Asus Tablet, both running Android. Please fix ASAP. Look at your latest Ratings! Not Good. I had to leave 1 star only to be able to leave this comment, otherwise you would have received no stars. :-(

Though never a great app at least it used to work. Previous update rendered it useless, update to fix a bug now requires an install of Adobe Air and just hangs on a dark loading screen. I have persisted, but now I think it is time to reclaim the wasted space.

Downloaded the app on way to the zoo including the Adobe app and it doesn't even open! Not a great start to a business We're about to spend a load of money with. My phone is a Samsung S4 mini

Total waste of time and battery. Does not work, you just get a brown, blank screen. Why don't Colchester Zoo get it fixed? All the negative comments can't be doing their business any good. Wake up and smell the coffee - GET IT FIXED !!!

Doesn't work on my phone even though I downloaded adobe air. I have a moto g and downloaded the android version. The app just goes to a black screen.

I installed Adobe Air but when I open the zoo app I just get a black screen. This is on my galaxy s3 tablet.

Test your apps before release and then we'd be happy. My son was bitterly disappointed at being unable to check which animals he'd be seeing.

This was a good app but stopped working some time ago. Uninstall/reinstall and update made no difference will still not open.

Im sure its good but didnt work on a samsung s5 alpha it just gave msg that it had stopped ?.

Message says it has stopped working.

Since the last update the app won't open, just crashes. Used to find it really helpful. Gutted when I went there today.
