I am not able to open my account in the app today..... it says iamnot registered and to contact my adminster?

It would have been better if occasional not registered user came at login.otherwise it's good

I have downloaded the Tablet version but App crashes a lot, not helping at all. App needs more improvements otherwise useless.

I tried to use my samsung tablet but the the problem is, i cant read through the text or even finish answering it coz there is no option to hide the large keyboard of the gadget. Tried in my laptop but i cannot even navigate. The cursor is stuck. It is horrible. If u really want to help candidates, pls improve the app. Thanks

The app has potential. That is if it works beyond a couple of minutes. Otherwise it's a disaster in its current state. Error codes galore. If you haven't subscribed, don't. It's a waste of money. I wish I had read the reviews before subscribing.

I have to relogin so many times it's annoying. Besides if the Internet connection gets a little slower it logs out and i lose all my progress!! This wastes my time..

Gives an error message every 2 minutes. I am unable to complete a single practice

Not really worth it. Very badly designed. Call me if you need the exact feed back.

Within 30 minutes, I had to login about 8 times. For every 2-5minutes, the app automatically shutdown. The only responds given is "error". Fix that.

This is an absolute waste of time!! It is imposible to finish a test, you are lucky if you are able to finish a section of the listening practice... HORRIBLE APP!!! I'm so disappointed, and still do they really expect you to upgrade?? Good luck with that

It keeps on making errors. Its quite difficult to move to the next stage because an Error message always pops up. Otherwise it is ok since you can actually correct yourself during the pr actice.

It keeps crashing now and then very frequently. Otherwise it has some key points to suceed in the exam. Good materials but in a bad software. I would rate it 5 if the software was working fine.

I can't even log in . I am thrown an error stating I am not a registered user. Of course I am. I tried to reset my password and got the password reset email but upon trying to login it still screams that I am not a registered user. Riddle me that!

Not user friendly, and its forces me to use it in its wide screen view (horizontal) which causes the keyboard to cover the username and password fields.. I even cant enter my info to login.

No use for slow internet connection,will always logged u out,wastage of time,can't it be user friendly...

It only seems to work in Lanscape, so a lot of the page is not on the screen. This makes it difficult to answer questions. Also every time you log back in you need to put in a long numbered password, that has been generated for me. It annoying, I just want to tap and go without having to dig around for the password.

Extremely annoying, how many times did i log in today? Oh more than twenty times i suppose, i lost count . I'm logged out constantly even in the middle of sessions. Developing team plz DO SOMETHING.

Keep in mind it doesn't resize to your phone's screen. Also there is no sliders to scroll. Unusable on mobile phones. Should be filtered to be accessible only on tablets. It's misleading when you buy the subscription.

There are much better apps than this one. It works badly here, and on desktop.. so much money for test and such poorly presented material.

Poorly designed as an app. Not user friendly when using the mobile. The iPhone version is a disaster. However, course contents are good in the trial version

Some parts are totally useless. Neither ebook nor pdf open on a 5.7inche mobile screen. App orientation can't be changed. As an app, its pretty much waste of time. Works perfect on the PC though.

This is the worst app on my phone. I haven't been able to finish a task since I installed it. There's always an error.

Buttons get hidden in background, so you cannot access this app from mobile. Not of use. In laptop also works in crome only dosent load in other browsers. And of course it's toooo heavy

Too hectic app. Not user friendly. Many things are not working. Useless navigation. Didn't come across such app since long time.

I have iPhone also In app store there is no software related to road to ielts But I think to used in iPhone Other it is excellent software

application from british council should have no errors or mistakes... I can not see full screen. when open any part of IELTS (listening, reading, writing, or speaking) u can not see the lower part of the page where uwe can find ebook and vedios

It is very difficult to use the app. If you want to make it vertically. Made it properly.

On mobile screen not able to play videos by scrolling it down.... if we scroll and try to play it then moves at its rest position... its like irritating... in studies ... all interest while doing such practice i specially lose my contact and interest ... please try to improve ...it horrible

The app really helped me to prepare for my test. Although I had a challenge using it at first because it wasn't working on my mobile phone, I had to buy a tablet. Keep up the good work.

It keeps crashing while doing the practice stifling progress. You should fix that. If not that I actually found this useful I would have given it 1 or 2 stars.
