I love SWR and was so excited to discover this app. However, for the price, I expected a little better quality. Have someone professionally remaster the audio at least. It was a big letdown.

Too expensive for the quality. It really should have the SWR rules in addition to the phonograms. Disappointing.

This works great! It has helped my babies tremendously!!!

I like the idea of this app but there are a couple things I would like to see. 1. Color! ! If we had an option to pick different color letters then my right brain child would be much happier to work on her phonograms. 2. Better sound quality!! I realize the app creator used the original CD from SWR but the original is super hard to understand. I have to race to my child's side and correct their pronunciation many times while they use this app. Very frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose. All in all you are on the right track! A few tiny adjustments and this app will be a fantastic resource!

I bought and downloaded the SWR App to my Android phone and love it! I know a child who likes it better than the video I had made because he can scramble it up. :-) Wanda's Spell to Write and Read helped me immensely as a homeschooling parent. I've used the Spalding book and several other companies' programs for nearly 20 years and had missed the element of "think to spell". The success of the program is not whether my fast readers could read, but whether my slow reader would also benefit. So far, we've had many light bulb moments that offer great hope! This app makes reviewing the phonograms seem like a game.

It does a great job at sounding out the phonograms. The slow speed is nice for my beginners. I love the loop options and rules on/off. It would be nice to see the cursive font. Then both or either could be shown. Glad to have seen the first draft and all the inprovements. My 2nd child has learned to read with this. NOW, let us see how to write using clock letteres in cursive and manuscript Please. By the way the sounds let me know my kids ARE working while I can't see them.

Great ap. I like that I can make specific review lists tailored to my children's needs.

I just started using the app, but I am already bothered by the little sound that plays between pgrams and other screens (like setting up children's profiles.). It's too much noise.

Would like to see larger font size for phonograms being drilled so I can drill my kids together without having them all in my lap to see the screen.

It does a great job at sounding out the phonograms. The slow speed is nice for my beginners. I love the loop options and rules on/off. I do NOT like the price, the competitor app is much cheaper and does more. This up would be great if it had all the apps in a screen to choose for practice, like 4 of them that i could choose, repeating as many times as needed. It would be nice to see the cursive font. There is a free font called 5th grade cursive and u could use. Then both or either could be shown. Update
