I want to like it, i really do! First thing is it's very laggy, not responsive at all. The outside temps are wrong. It says 9 when its -12. There has been times when i change the away to home when i'm on my way home and its still at away when i get there. I had full bars on LTE. The home,sleep,away and wake are not always what it is, I've been at work when it should say away but on app it says home. i know there is no one home. Still needs improvement. The back and done buttons could be bigger and not right in the corner.It would be nice if it would expand in landscape too. Again i really want to like it, great look. Hope this helps

Please make this an app so the display uses the whole screen. Portrait mode should expand the view so I can actually read the miniscule font size.

The good: it works...barely. The bad:. I feel like I time traveled back to 2005 everytime I use it. App needs a overhaul to be more mobile friendly.

Update: changed my review from a 2 to 4 since latest update have included "swipe up" for soft return icons. Previously had to reboot after use on devices without physical home buttons.

It feels like this app was designed for flip phones. It needs to be optimized for today's phones, and it needs a widget, so we can see the temp at a glance without having to log into the app everytime.

I've been using this app for two years and it works great. One issue with the weather which reads half in Celsius and half in Fahrenheit.

Does not allow copy/paste into username and password fields. Didn't get beyond that point. If it doesn't do that the rest must be lame as well.

Server issues. Error 7x0. I reinstalled same.issue.

Please change app resolution so it covers the whole screen

Very easy to connect with my thermostat and works well for viewing and changing my thermostat settings.

Simply put: IT DOESN"T WORK WORTH A DUMP! I've wasted a lot of time trying to set up this very overpriced system and have nothing but regrets. This app isn't worth the electricity to download. It doesn't sync with your device, doesn't control the device and only shows the weather in your area.

No longer a way to close app. Must reboot phone to shut down. A major pain. Android Nougat 7.x

Great except there's no way too close out the app without turning phone off. Fix?

It works on android but cannot increase size or zoom in and menu options are very small as icon or selections.

With this update my system m9 longer communicates with the server or the app.

2017-06: Updated is working faster and more reliable now! Hard to use with curved screen phones because some of the controls are on the far edges. Takes a few tries to hit the back or menu buttons. --- 2016: App was rock solid since I started using it in 2014. App does not work since last update or two. Desktop app works fine. I wish nest or some other third party connected controller would work with my 2 stage air conditioner.

This app combined with the control is pretty sweet. You have remote control of the heating/ac system anywhere that your have internet. The only issue I've had thus far is that the on screen interface is pretty small and sometimes hard to read. And I have a phone that had a pretty big screen.

All images and text are so small it is unreadable for a phone. The tiny little 'menu' and 'back' icons are almost impossible for me to use with my average size male fingers and thumbs. I can't imagine this being usable for someone with large fingers. Also, some screens do not refresh after changing temp settings. Unfortunately, the developer email address isn't valid. If you have a Bryant Evolution with WiFi thermostat, you're stuck with this crap. If you're considering an Evolution, DON'T!!!

Good except for the small font size on Android phones. Why can't it look like the iPhone app?

Does it's job. Runs well on Nexus 5x and Samsung Chromebook Plus. The UI is identical to the actual thermostat so that is nice.

Hardly works. When it does with it is nice.

It is acceptable but not great. On Android devices the screen is very small and hard to read and no provision to enlarge.

Worked great until thermostat did software update now app won't Control thermostat. Even after I disabled it and reinstalled like they said do

Would like to have more control of the service icon when pressed like when your at the t- stat. I have 17 units in building don't like to have to walk to each just for service info.

Works well and reliable, but menus are too tiny and hard to select, some are too close to edge of screen on Samsung Edge.

App no longer controls thermostat after software update on control panel

Worked well for about 4 months, but now seems to lose server regularly, even tho Wi-Fi is solid. An app like this needs to be 100% or it's worthless.

1) developer email bounces 2) home thermostat shows system fault 13-limit lockout but app shows no fault. Home temperature in the 50s, app says its 68. Not good. 3) no email alert regarding system in fault condition. Not good...

This app provides some of the capability of the thermostat, but is difficult to read. It appears to scale poorly with screen resolution, which results in poor readability on my phone. The icons and fonts are much smaller on my phone than the example pictures shown.

Why? Can't email for help emails are returned. Ridiculous!!!

Seem to have to log on and off to connect with servers. Great idea if it works. Will let you know about app after I use it for awhile.

I have 17 units only able to control 1 with this app. No option to switch to the other 16 units. Please update this.

Shows old information, and refreshing doesn't help.

PROBLEM not able to log on.

Finally fixed login problems on the backend, now the UI needs a facelift for higher rez phones. EDIT: Security certificate issue popups on every log in. UI still needs an update. Docking a star.

Really useful app. Resolution makes the screen so small that I almost can't read it. No obvious settings to fix this. Would be great to fix this.

Useful, but often has WiFi connection problems (or server connection issues). That the app hasn't been updated in almost two years is odd and may account for the hiccups.

Lately having trouble logging into to Bryant server. Connected OK to my wireless server but does not log in to your server.. Makes system inoperative.
