This app is crap. Doesn't let me past the "choose your location" page. Constantly closes on me! I wanted to register my mall card that I won at work but I can't get anywhere on the app. Very useless!

Worst app EVER! I downloaded it and it basically takes the money off your physical card (that most retailers require to swipe) with no warning. CF cannot check your balance on your physical card anymore because it will show a nil balance and they cannot resolve the issue of reversing funds "locked in the app" to your card once you uninstall the app... what BS is that?! How can this be marketed without proper testing and with misleading information to the public about what the app can do and what it does in reality?!

What on Earth was this mall Operator thinking... one of the most pointless valueless and worthless app experiences in the store... it smacks of desperation that a property management company is trying to insert their unknown brand into your daily life... what a joke... no wonder bricks and mortar retail is on the way down.... just think every penny spent on this app gets passed on to Shoppers. Zero perks for using it... Basically all about selling their gift card. WHY???.....Total BS.

The store directory isn't linked to the map locator. To find a store you must go to the map and zoom into the map until the "A- Z" icon magically appears in the top right corner. It took me several frustrating attemps to figure out this map. Click on the "A-Z" icon for a store list that is now linked to the map. This separate store list cannot be filtered by category which makes it frustrating to use. Guys....make this more user-friendly and link the directory to the map. That's a no-brainer!

If I'm already here, with my phone, and with this app installed, and I want directions to a shop, I still have to go to the Petri dish touch screen directory thing and wipe around to locate the shop. Like an animal. Not much point to it.

SHERWAY ONLY REVIEW: SONY XPERIA Lollipop 5. Wayfinding could be a little more inituitive. Searched route from Starbucks to Maison Birks and got textual turn by turn instructions but the google map portion showed nothing other then a blank screen and a L1 / L2 icon. I never used it for anything else.

Useless app. Major bugs on main feature, go from current location to target location in the mall. Version 1.6.1. If you want to waste time or laugh at how bad this garbage was coded, go ahead. This was clearly not tested. I ended up asking the paper version of the map! Even the guy at the counter of the mall said that this app was stupid. The 1 star was for giving the user the chance to report issues by SMS.
