روش KIM یکی از کامل ترین و معتبر ترین روش های ارزیابی وظایف دستی و وظایف حمل بار می باشد که دارای سه کاربرگ متفاوت می باشد که عبارتند از :
.1برای وظایف بلند کردن ، نگه داشتن و حمل کردن بارLifting , Holding and Carrying
.2برای وظایف کشیدن / هل دادن بارPulling and Pushing
.3–برای وظایف دستی (وظایف غیر حمل دستی بار) Manual Handling Operations
