× نرم افزار جرثقیل ارائه شده از سوی شرکت رهاورد نگاه ایمن حاصل تلاش و زحمات 4 ساله در این زمینه می باشد تا بتواند کارشناسان HSE (بهداشت ایمنی و محیط زیست) را در جلوگیری از ایجاد حوادث دلخراش توسط جرثقیل ها یاری رساند که همواره این حوادث از شدت بالایی برخوردار می باشند.
این نرم افزار به صورت بسیار گسترده ایی در ابتدا برای شرکت ها و سازمان ها طراحی شد (نسخه شرکتی) ولی با توجه به نیاز و درخواست کارشناسان و دوستان بر آن شدیم تا نسخه ایی را در اندروید تولید (نسخه تجاری) و برای استفاده شخصی کارشناسان در سایت ها و پروژه ها به بازار ارائه نماییم. قیمت نرم افزار تنها به دلیل توسعه فرهنگ مهندسی HSE این مبلغ می باشد و پس از نصب نرم افزار خواهید دانست که بهای بسیار بیشتری برای این نرم افزار باید در نظر گرفته می شد.
توضیحات و شرح عملکردها و قسمت های مختلف این نرم افزار:
1- جدول بار (Load Chart) که ظرفیت مجاز 10 نوع جرثقیل را بر اساس طول بوم و فاصله بار در اختیار کاربر قرار می دهد.
2- محاسبه مساحت لازم برای زیر جک های تعادلی و تراورز گذاری برای زمین های مختلف از جمله سنگ سخت و خاک رس فشرده و یا آسفالت و ماسه روان و ...
3- محاسبه حریم عملیات باربرداری و حریم عبور جرثقیل در مجاورت خطوط برقدار.
4- ظرفیت مجاز کاری برای سیم بکسل های EIPS بسته به نوع بستن بار که مستقیم باشد و یا خفت (شال گردنی) و یا سبدی (بسکتی).
5- مشخص نمودن ظرفیت مجاز باربرداری بسته به ضخامت زنجیر و نوع قرار گرفتن آن.
6- تسمه های گرد و ظرفیت مجاز بسته به نوع و رنگ ها.
7- بلت های نایلونی و تناژ مجاز باربرداری آن ها.
8- شگل های پیچی و WLL های آن ها (Working Load Limit) بر اساس قطر شگل و پین آنها.
9- محاسبه زوایه های مختلف بستن اسلینگ ها و میزان تنش وارد شده به هر اسلینگ.
10- بازرسی و شرایط آن طبق ASME B30.9 برای تمام اسلینگ ها با رسم شکل.
