I think its great!
The app is good, but can still be great. I suggest you should have an option where we just type in our pulse rate instead of relying on the phone to get the pulse rate coz the phone is not very reliable. I have my own pulse oximeter so i don't need to use the phone. And please specify the exercise/workout to use in every category where we should be improving. Nevertheless, it's still workable. Still needs a lot of improvement and additional category of health check, like eye check and so on.
UPDATE: Recent updates have made progress. Changed from 3 to 4 Stars. Less freezes, however still changes the values that I have entered (not acceptable), navigation better. All calculations could be better if half increments for weight & height were allowed. PLEASE work on stability and the above issues. Thank you! Ps. Close to being a Great app, but could be better for a PAID app.
I have just purchased this app and performed some of the tests. On the core tests the results said I was a man (all the rest were for a woman, those are correct). Then I did the effort test. Resting heart rate went in ok...then I did the 30 knee bends, absolutely gasping for breath...took my heart rate and the app decides to hang...while leaving my finger over the light....I left it there for a while until my fingertip started to burn and figured it probably wasn't reading my pulse at all.
Great little way to get an idea of personal state. Great for beginners. Stupid that the info from free version doesn't migrate up to pro - have to start all over :-(
Had some problems with installation - had to uninstall free version for pro version to install.

This app is good at the accuracy of describing my level of fitness. The advice and exercises areas are good.
