I'm a rep and I'm not able to sign in, keeps saying my username or password is incorrect, have tried uninstalling and re-installing, did not work
Very disappointed that Romania is not an option!
I am deleting this app...IT IS NOT WORKING Every month I have to delete and reinstall. I will not buy one more product from AVON. My complaints lidged on website was not resolved. CLUELESS customer service Rep I can not even get past the Select representative screen. My reps details is not on the system. Then I get to a goigle page to select another person. THEN WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN NEXT? Previously I downloaded the online brochure NOW I CANT EVEN DO THAT ANYMORE
It doesn't even have USA as an option for the country so I can't even use it.
Every month I have to uninstall and re install to get new brochure
seriously avon... do something to your apps.. it wont update the latest catalogue.. grrr..
When selecting a country i have no option for u.s. Can't get pass this how do you expect business?

App is good. But i you can add payment option to it and a bit user friendly, better then. can improve on it....
I just downloaded the app and it asked for my country. I do not see USA
I would love to use this app but the USA is not an option. I have installed this app twice now

Needs improving!! Does not update with new brochures. Had to uninstall and reinstall as it just gets stuck on loading new content. Edited to add that 6 months later, i am STILL having to uninstall and reinstall every time a new brochure comes out as it still sticks on loading
I really wanted to use this app. But, I could not find The United States on the sign on page. Does anyone know how to get it to show up.
This app is a horrible tool for a representative. There is no country choice for United States so I threw in United Kingdom just so I can see what it would do. When I get to the log in screen in it refuses to accept my account number or password. Avon should really help their representatives by creating a better tool
US isn't even a choice on the scroll down menu. How are we supposed to utilize this app? A company as big as AVON should have these bugs fixed immediately. This is bad for business!
This app was good when i first used it in 2016 and now an error 'invalid entry. Try again later.' message keeps on popping up when i just open the app. I can submit my orders as a representative. I will take it out if it doesnt improve in two months.
USA isn't in the option list. Useless. How as a rep am I supposed to utilize this? Uninstalling.
Brochure is late, i cannot fix my order for the coming sched of the month because brochure is not yet posted. App is no use!
Slow servers. Takes too long to download brochure. Pictures are of low resolution. Does not give smooth navigating experience. Please consider redesigning the app and improving downloading speed.
This is nice if you have no other acces to submit a order BUT the notifications comes through and one can not open to read the notifications because it disappears.
My application as representative did not go through. It always shows invalid pattern for tin number. I wonder.
I downloaded it then when i tried to open it the app asked for a country before it opens.. So I scrolled through tbe different countries and NO USA, NO United States.. So until Avon can pull its head out and get it fixed there will be NO ordering from me. I thought this would be a cool app to have and use. Shows what I get for thinking this time.. Fix it and I'll change the rating. Until then be lucky there isn't a listing for zero stars.

I can't make a public profile. My entry on the address line 1 always seem invalid.
Ladies this app is no longer available for US reps. When US became New Avon LLC, we lost rights to it. Look for apps from New Avon LLC to work for us.
I like having the brochures right there to look at. I hate having to delete and re-download the app whenever there's a new brochure! If I don't it just sits at *loading content 8 of 8* and doesn't go any further.

Useless for customers. Submit an order only to be passed between multiple representatives. Area manager could not help. Head office and customer service blame digital department. Waste of time.

As a US based Avon rep current with the times, i want an app that i can take my clients to amd show them how to review products and order. US isnt an option and when i tried to log in under UK it says i had the wrong password. Avon please hurry and get an app for U.S. moble selling is my goal.
