The company belongs to Bhopal based ACS engaged in broking in Shares & Stocks . Late Mr. A.P.Pandey jointly with Mr. Satish Chandra Gupta & Mrs. Rashmi Chandra Gupta promotes the ACS. The activities in the capital market started in the year 1997 as a brokerage house for retail investors and market making in select scrip and extended to financial intermediation activities in capital markets in the Name of ACS in the Sub-Broker Capacity and later on in Dec 2003 the Partners of this firm floated a company ACS which has acquired the Corporate Membership of National Stock Exchange of India Limited in 2005 & Commenced the trading activities in Cash & Derivative Segments in June 2005.We are also considered as active Member of Inter-Connected Stock Exchange of India Limited through our Group Company Astha Investments, which is in to Capital Market since 2000. ACS.currently provides most of the services as follows:
Equity Market Trade Execution Service : Membership of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Trade Execution is done through V-Sat Network, which is approved by the Exchanges, and efficiency is offered in trading by display of rates of the exchanges.
Derivatives Trading : Membership of Futures and Options segment of National Stock Exchange.
IPO Services : Using the technology backbone the company provides an online services to bid for various IPOs . It is also possible to actively participate in IPO market even from centers, which do not have collection bank facilities.
Technology & Infrastructure
The company has invested in experienced and qualified people, office premises in strategic locations, state of the art technology and communication network to provide information for aiding investment related decision-making.
Human: The Group's human resources comprise of professionals viz., chartered accountants, and management graduates with background in economics and engineering, and experienced staff that includes dealers, analysts, sales, technology, compliance, financial control and operations personnel. Over 60% of the staff is professionally qualified and Most of them are NCFM Certified also and we have ample no. of Peoples who have cleared the NCFM-NSDL Depository Module.
Networked office locations : Brokerage operations are carried out from Bhopal. Office space over 5000 square feet is available in Bhopal ' s prime location for providing various services. A comprehensive communications and telecom network links them.

Astha IT Team said You have to trade on daily base if you want to keep active your Mobile trading account. What nonsense is this ? Daily Make call to it Team @ 9.15 Am to activate mobile trading cos it's license version. And that's why you will miss btst ( sell order @ morning ) cos your time will get consumed to call and enable mobile trading.. this nonsense people said you have trade daily if you want to keep active mobile trading at least 1 trade even it is profit or loss trade.. but do trade.. if license expires then call it and tell them to activate it. ( useless thing ) I missed lot of profit making opportunities because of astha Mobile trade.. i can't take trade at what time i want cos that time my Mobile App is facing issue of license. Pls solve this if you can or shut down your business if any trader make loss because of your license issues then your fully responsible for that cos while opening account with you not mention that our app is having issue like this and if you don't want any issue then pay 350 rs license fee.. this thing you kept hidden from every trader.. If we made any loss then i will mention all this thing while writing mail and letter nse mcx bse and sebi. Solve Problem As soon as Possible

2_3 Years ago....i used this app with another broker...it has never ending issues..finally that broker replaced it with new app...cause it was impossible to make it a good app...kindly focus on customer service if you would really like to grow...

not much user friendly. If we minimize and re-launch, it is asking again auth. it should not be the case.... Mobile App shouldn't have session expiry. also, there is no refresh button. some times connection establishment took more time.

Very ordinary app.. It must be updated.. I would like to request to the ACS to pay a little attention on this app.. Now a days most of the broker is providing a very smart trading app for mobile.. In comparison with them its nothing to their level... Plz update the chart facility.. Like candlestick and line... The order which we place get delayed.. Your customer support is very good.. They are polite and very quick... I hope soon we will see improvement in this app... Thank you
