The camera doesn't let you see what you are taking a picture of. Also there are no patterns to choose from, and when you choose a picture the process is very glitchy

This app is great because I've used it before in the past but I deleted it now that I redownload it like most peoples problem. It won't get past title or opening screen Adidas is all I really kinda wear so u missing out on many peoples money fix for a 5 star and so I and many others can create and buy our shoes pls.

When I open the app does nothing just a picture??? And I really wanted to use this I have 5 pairs of shoes I want to order for my family!!

I have tried using my pictures and it won't let me create the design. I would rate 5 stars but Adidas needs to fix this asap.

Hey, I had high expectations for this app. And sadly I was let down. I'm not sure if it's just me but I can't seem to add my own photo to the shoe. I tried from my gallery and it won't work. Then I try through Zedge, and the picture won't even come up. Please work on bug fixes. I'm using this app on a Samsung S5 so it can't be the phone... I hope to give this a better review soon.

I can't get the app to load. It is stuck on the title page...... Unbelievable!

Wont let me upload my own picture makes me feel like im copying using their prints.

Placed my order through this app and recieved an order confirmation 7 weeks ago. Still have not received item, and customer support is not able to find/provide any status update. The only answer I get is "we will look into this, you will recieve a response in 2-3 business days". I have yet to recieve any response whatsoever from Adidas. Can't help but feel there is a major disconnect with this app and Adidas. They didn't have any issue collecting payment.

Just updated the app hoping the bug fix they worked on was getting more support for Android phones. NOPE. Still doesn't get past the initial splash screen. It used to work way back when I first installed the app before all the updates on my Nexus 6. What happened? Poor support. Taking too long.

It won't get past the opening screen. I'm on stock Android on Google's flagship device. This is unacceptable.

If you go to the app store look up "zedge" it is a free awesome app that has cool wallpapers and if you download them then go to your gallary you can just use the wallpapers! Great app

It opens then it won't do a thing. Wishing i could give this a 0

Im really trying my best to find a picture larg enough that i can use but when i find one and choos it it just restarts the whole app!! And its really frustrated that i cant find out if its big enough or not!!!!!!!!!!

It's advertised all over adidas-website. Wanted to create some star-wars sneakers - as advertised - but it doesn't show any galleries to choose from except my own photos. Why then do you even advertise star wars sneakers when we actually can't order them?

Just downloaded, love adidas, and it will not pass main page.

It won't let me make my shoes with my photo gallery

Let's me create my design but wont give me the option to buy it... Instead it shows a message telling me to connect to the Internet which I already am. My Internet works fine with everything else. I use wifi and have a strong connection.. SORT IT OUT

The prints wont show up and I cant use the pictures in my gallery. I can only take pictures in the app

Firstly, the image sizing and quality requirements are annoying, I can barely use any images. Secondly, the "patterns" option NEVER loads any patterns. When I click on the shopping bag icon, it says I'm not connected to the internet. Finally, it's not available in my region so I took all that time designing a shoe for nothing!!!!

Really nice when you get to create your own look on the zx flux since im a big fan of these shoes love it but lt just wont let me upload my own picture from my gallery please fix that other than that i love it

Won't do sod all on mine (nexus6) Come on Adidas, I want at least 4 pairs, you're missing out on my cash!

Tried to buy some fire DBZ shoes I made and apparently the whole transaction got canceled for lack of materials. They sent the money to the wrong card and now it is gone. App is cool but useless

App is stuck on opening page. Can't get it to do anything. Was really looking forward to trying this out!

I think this app os pretty good at shoe customization but only to a certain extent. They only have about 50 preset choices so there's a good chance thay someone else will have the same "customization". It also didn't let me upload images from my gallery even though that was an option. Also, you can only customize the skin. You should be able to change the sole, stripes, laces, etc. And if this is a Miadidas app, then there should be more shoe options. Once I buy a pair or two, it would have no further use.

Why is this app available in Europe if you don't ship outside the US?
