משמעת מתוך משמעות

אפליקציה "שלושת השלבים" - משמעת מתוך משמעות - היא תוכנית התנהגותית שפותחה באולפנת דולב, ומעוררת עניין בקרב אנשי חינוך רבים ומגוונים.
השיטה מאפשרת לצוות החינוכי, לתלמיד ואף להורה למסד ולארגן את תהליך החינוך של התלמיד, השיטה בנויה על שיקוף אישי ומתמיד.
הצוות מסמן באפליקציה את תפקודי התלמיד במשך היום והמערכת מחשבת את הנקודות ולפי זה משבצת את התלמיד בסטטוס המתאים באותה תקופה לתלמיד.
בתוכנית שנבנתה יש שלושה שלבים:
השלב הנמוך "מוגנות"- (מסומן בצבע אדום), התלמיד יזכה לצמצום ההטבות הבסיסיות כוון שה'שוטר הפנימי' שלו לא מתפקד ועל כן הוא זקוק לשוטר חיצוני שמכיל את צרכיו ומגביל את אחריותו.
שלב השני "השייכות" (מסומן בצבע צהוב), בשלב זה הצוות מסיר את הפיקוח הצמוד ומאפשר לתלמידה יותר בחירה אך עדיין התלמידה נמצאת תחת עין בוחנת.
לדוגמא בשלב השייכות אפשר להחזיק את הטלפון בזמנים מוגדרים, ניתן לצאת ממתחם בית הספר לטיולים, סיורים והרצאות, דמי כיס בסיסיים, עבודה באפשרויות מצומצמות.
לעומת זאת השלב הגבוה המשמעות- (מסומן בצבע ירוק) בו השוטר הפנימי של התלמיד מתפקד היטב, ולכן השוטר החיצוני, הצוות, מצטמצם, בשלב זה התלמיד עצמאי וזוכה להטבות רבות ולאחריות רבה.
ועל כן בשלב זה יתאפשר לתלמיד לצאת לעבודה, לקבל דמי כיס מוגדלים, להחזיק את הטלפון הנייד, לייצג את הכיתה במועצת טקסים וכו', ואחת לחודש לזכות בצו'פר משתנה המיועד רק לשלב המשמעות.

השיטה מעבירה בתהליך מדורג את האחריות מהצוות אל התלמיד. השיטה משלבת שימוש באפליקציה המסנכרנת את נתוני הצוות ותורמת תרומה מכרעת בבניית תהליך עקבי, שיקוף מתמיד, שיפור התקשורת ובראיה הוליסטית מיטבית.
בתכנית השלבים התלמיד רשאי לבחור, אך הוא נושא בתוצאות בחירתו.

יסודות השיטה:
1. העברת האחריות בתהליך מדורג לתלמיד- הצוות בשיתוף התלמידים ההורים והקהילה בונים עד 10 כללים ברורים ומדידים שהכרחיים להתנהלות תקנית של בית הספר כגון הופעה תקנית, כניסה לשיעור בזמן, שיעורי בית, ציוד, כבוד לצוות ולחבר, דרך ארץ וכו'.

על פי השיטה הביבהביורסיטית התייחסות לאדם היא על פי מצבו והתנהגותו כאן ועכשיו, קשר ברור בין התנהגות לתוצאות, בשיטה קיים שילוב של טיפול קוגניטיבי – שיקוף, שיחות, משוב עצמי, שיחת פידבק ועוד

3. שקיפות ובהירות- הבנת התוכנית והסברה מפורטת בקרב כלל המעגלים המקיפים את התלמיד (הילד, הצוות החינוכי והטיפולי וההורים).
הבהירות מונעת ויכוחים ומגדירה יעדים ברורים ותוצאות לכל מעשה חיובי או שלילי. הבהירות באה לידי ביטוי גם בכך שהמערכת שקופה וכל תלמיד, איש צוות או ההורים יכולים להיות חשופים למידע הרלוונטי שתורם לילד.
חלק מרכזי בתהליך הוא ההגדרה הבהירה של הנושאים החשובים לקידום המוסד החינוכי. הבהירות הופכת לשפה של בית הספר (לדוגמא נוכחות, לשון נקיה, אלימות, עישון, שימוש בסלולרי, כבוד לצוות, שליטה עצמית) .

מעבר לניקוד השוטף הוספנו ניקוד נוסף לתוכנית השבועית:
נקודת אור- מוגבלת לעד 3 נקודות בשבוע ומוענקת על התנהגות חיובית יוצאת דופן. (הצלחה בתהליך חינוכי, עזרה לחבר וכדו')
פידבק- נערך פעם בשבוע בנוכחות מחנך. על כל תלמיד למלא משוב אישי קצר. תלמיד שממלא את המשוב על השבוע הקודם זוכה בנקודת חיובית אחת.
ובסיום המשוב יש הערה בה התלמיד יכול להעמיד לעצמו מטרה לשיפור לשבוע הבא, אם עמד בנקודה זו במהלך השבוע זוכה לנקודה נוספת.
מיצוי ונתינה- בשלב המשמעות, הירוק- מתווסף ניקוד עבור תלמיד שיבצע פרויקט אישי עבור הכלל. (התנדבות בגנים, קשישים, העברת שיעורים וכו')
אירוע חריג- במקרים חריגים של שבירת המסגרת כגון אלימות קשה או פגיעה ברכוש הצוות ידווח באפליקציה מה שיוסיף 6 נקודות שבועיות שליליות לתלמיד, בתכנית יקבע מהו אירוע חריג.

שיטת שלושת השלבים, תוך התאמות נדרשות, יכולה להתאים לכל מוסד חינוכי.
בית ספר המעוניין להיכנס לתהליך של סדר וארגון של הטיפול באירועי נוכחות, משמעת וכדומה יארגן את הנושאים שנמצאים אצלו בעדיפות ואת ה 'תגובות' על פי התנאים המתאפשרים בבית הספר.
